Best Tour on The Earth - We had a fantastic experience on the Northern Lights tour from Kiruna. We booked for 3 nights, and first 2 nights we went towards south, and last night we went to Abisko, those were the best areas to be at that time according to the weather forecasts. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the aurora and the surrounding nature, wildlife, the town itself, providing interesting insights throughout the journey. They were also very friendly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged. Despite the unpredictable weather, they did their absolute best to find the best spots for viewing the Northern Lights. Their dedication and enthusiasm truly made the experience memorable. I highly recommend this tour!

Amazing experience! - The tour was very well organized. The tour guides Robin and Iris were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were experienced in the Northern Lights chasing, and kept checking apps and weather forecast to predict the best locations to see the Northern Lights. It was freezing cold, but the suits that they provided us with kept us warm. We saw the Northern Lights, and watched them for a few hours. We needed to change the location at some point when it started snowing, but after driving for several minutes, we found clear sky again. Also, I was very impressed with their driving skills, as we were driving on icy roads in a blizzard. I felt safe at all times, though. Iris and Robin provided us with snacks and hot lingonberry juice to make our experience even nicer. They took amazing photos of us and the Northern Lights. They had high quality cameras, and took as many pictures of everyone as we wanted. Robin even dropped me off outside my accommodation when the tour was over, so that was super kind of him. It was a great experience and I can highly recommend it. The guides went out of their way to make sure we'll see the Northern Lights, and we'll be well looked after during the tour. Many thanks for the amazing experience! I hope I will be back for more :)

Nice surprise - I didn't know what to expect, especially because I've already seen good northern lights the day before and other occasions. But I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. We've been brought to a cabin by the iced river and offered warm drinks and snacks by the fire while waiting for northern lights to appear. The guides were very nice and I discovered many things about aurora that I didn't know before. Of course you cannot command what happens in the sky but we've been lucky to see a wonderful show of lights! Next day the wonderful photographies were already available on dropbox. Warm overalls are available if you still feel cold, of course is recommended to dress as warm as you can.

Bucket list experience!! - We were incredibly lucky to experience a night of great activity so the show was amazing! As for the guides and the tour, everything was on time and as described. We went to a lakeside location not too far from Kiruna. Was a very cold night so wearing the suits offered was worthwhile! The fire and the snacks were fine for our trip. The explanations of what we were seeing and where were adequate. The pictures taken by the guides will serve as lasting memories. Recommendation this tour highly!

Nice views and good information - Nice views and good information. The guides will drive you to anywhere where there is clear sky, which is cool. For me, the experience was ok, we saw nice northern lights, but the guide wore too much perfume and it felt a bit impersonal.

Good guide - but bigger group. - We had some overcast skies in the day we went. However Iris, who is a great and very enthusiastic guide, managed to find a gap in clouds and some northern lights activity. One main concern is that the tour is sold as a group of 8 people, per car, however the two cars go together so you can have up to 16 guests and ONE guide making photos, while the other takes care of talking and making the fires etc. This is in my opnion a very important point as people may choose one or other tour by the number of people that go with them.

Wonderful Aurora, tour improveable - The Aurora Borealis was exceptional. On this nothing to say, we were absolutely lucky: clear skies and Aurora strong and intense. They gave us warm clothes, just as indicated at the time of booking and offered us cookies, chocolate and cranberry tea. However the tour experience itself was not so satisfying. The guide, who was also a photographer, was not particularly engaging. He did not show great commitment to suggest original poses, limiting himself to more classic photographs. In addition, my sister had her own camera that, like all cameras (as well as the photographer’s), flashes when shooting. We were asked to cover the lights in a not very courteous way as they disturbed the photos, despite not being able to turn them off. I understand that the tour included photographs taken by the guide, and therefore with some priority, but I believe that those participating in an excursion of this kind should have the opportunity to take their own photographs in peace, without feeling limited. Overall, the quality of the guide was lower than the tour we did the next night with a different company. In this second case, although not included photos, the guide has shown much more attention and care. Also, to witness the Aurora, the guide took us to a parking lot about 15 minutes from Kiruna, where another group was already present. We stopped at that point for the duration of the tour, without changing the location or offering a more suggestive view.
