Great weather - We were lucky to have Naka with us almost all day, who was very helpful in every way and provided a very comfortable and safe ride. Our driver Mono was very professional in driving the 4x4 and took beautiful photos of us in every area and kept us informed. The facility at the meeting point was excellent. Make sure to dress warmly; we brought a blanket with us, but we still felt the cold. The only downside was that the vehicle was a bit old, but we didn’t encounter any issues.

Incredible experience - I had a wonderful time during my journey in Ubud, and a huge thanks goes to my amazing guide, Eddie! From witnessing a breathtaking sunrise over Mount Batur to exploring the dramatic black lava fields, every moment was unforgettable. We visited local coffee plantations where I got to see how coffee beans are grown and processed, and even enjoyed a refreshing swim in the beautiful waterfalls. Eddie was not only incredibly knowledgeable—sharing fascinating insights about Bali’s history and culture—but also helped capture the experience by taking stunning photos for us along the way. His friendly and professional approach made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. This was truly an unforgettable adventure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. I'd definitely tell my friends to book this tour!

Amazing - AMAZING EXPERIENCE, truely once in a lifetime. Shoutout to our driver Agung for picking us up and driving us to and from the mountain, hot springs and accommodation. Special shoutout to our Jeep driver Mangku, amazing photographer and really went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience.

Putra was fantastic guide - We had a fantastic experience with our driver, Putra, during our trip to Bali. He was punctual, professional, and extremely friendly throughout the journey. Putra knows the local routes well and made sure we traveled comfortably and safely. He also shared interesting insights about Balinese culture and helped us discover hidden gems along the way. Fantastic Diana guide - Our trek with Diana was amazing! we got the best guides! they made sure to check on us and how we were doing regularly. They offered their help and support for the challenging parts of the trail and also were excellent photographers :) we were allowed plenty of time once on the summit and we never felt pressured or in a rush to go back. The trek in itself is highly recommended and even though there is a bit of a steep climb, the views on top make it totally worth it.
