Great company that is flexible with the schedule. Great guides, great food. - We opted for the jeep option, and asked if it were possible to hike up to the top from there. The company added it to our itinerary, scheduling Mr Putu Pande to pick us up and send us to the restaurant, Mr John for the jeep, and Mr Jero for the hike. Mr Putu Pande and Mr Abang were very experienced with more than 10 and 20 years of guiding under their belt respectively.
Mr Putu Pande directed our attention to different attractions throughout the car journey and shared with us Balinese culture! Mr Jero followed our pace during the hike, offering his help when we were struggling. We were provided proper hiking sticks that were very crucial during the hike. Groups with other companies were only given a thick bamboo stick. At uncertain sections where the ground was very slippery, he held our hands which made the descent less frightening.
All three guides were very friendly. They all took great photos (really as good as what they show on their website), directing us to photogenic spots. All three also spoke good English and we had no trouble communicating with them at all.

Unforgettable Mount Batur sunrise Jeep tour - We had an incredible experience watching the sunrise at Mount Batur this morning with the jeep tour! From start to finish, everything was smooth, exciting, and beautifully organized.
Our drivers, Pande Putu, and Jhon, were absolutely amazing. Not only were they highly skilled navigating the challenging terrain in the dark, but they were also so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to be around. They made the early morning wake-up totally worth it!
Watching the sunrise over the volcanic landscape was breathtaking—easily one of the highlights of our trip. The jeep ride itself added a real sense of adventure, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of the whole time.

Great trip, would recommend! - Wonderful trip to Mount Batur via private car from the hotel and jeep up the mountain for sunrise. Our guide and driver Wayan Sileb was amazing, such a nice man, on time for an early pick up, really knowledgeable and great to have with us.
Jeep tour was lots of fun and beautiful sunrise location. Good breakfast at cafe with spectacular views. Would also recommend the coffee tasting as a stop en-route back. And back by lunchtime - great morning out!

Amazing Photos! - We had the most amazing time! Wayan Budiawan and Gede Tono were so kind and patient to help us carry our packs, stay with us and help us up and down the harder areas. The photos and videos we ended up with from Wayan’s mad photography skills are sooo out of this world amazing! I highly recommend requesting Wayan Budiawan and Gede Tono, who make such a great team. Our driver was Gede Riyan, who was so friendly and was able to get us there safely and without incident. Amazing, once in a lifetime and with the best guides. Would have been a totally different experience if we hadn’t had guides helping us!

Beautiful morning with the crew! - Thanks for the good weather, friendly and professional driver Pitu and Done the Jeep driver! They have outstanding ways to take nice photos and make sure that you get the good spot! They can even make great videos! We are really greatful and happy with their service and being spontaneous. Highly recommended!!!

Great morning trip by Jeep - Beautiful views and top organized. We were picked up nicely on time by Arya, our driver and taken to the starting point. From there Jhon drove us on with the Jeep and took pictures for us. When we came back Arya took us to breakfast again, also with beautiful views!

Awesome trip up to MT Batur - The driver Gede Arya was very punctual. Very friendly and very safe driver. Shared with us about Bali Culture throughout our journey to Mt Batur and back to hotel. The Jeep driver John, very skilful and at the same time safe driver. Took a lot of good shots photos for us. We had an awesome time at the Mountain while waiting for Sunrise. The journey to black sands and the larva area were very educational for us as our Jeep driver John explain to us the story behind the lava and black sand.

Choose this company for your trek and ask for Wayan to be your guide - We have just come back from climbing Mount Batur, our driver Putu Anton was there bang on time at 230am to collect us and brought us to the bottom of the volcano with no trouble. We were met there by our guide Wayan Budiawan who provided very powerful head torches and hiking sticks, both of which came in very handy and made the hike easier both on the way up and back down. We saw other groups without sticks and some with just bamboo canes and it was obvious how much easier and safer it was to climb with these items. The walk up was beautiful, the sky was clear and I have never seen so many stars. I cannot convey how good Wayan was but he took care of us, made my daughter feel incredibly safe and took some amazing photos and videos of us, better than anything we could have taken ourselves. Use this company, ask for Wayan, and give him your phone, it was like having a personal photographer/videographer included for free. We will be talking about this trek for the rest of our lives it was worth the effort. And the breakfast that we went for afterward was fantastic and in a great restaurant with the most outstanding view.

Mt. Batur Excursion - Petu and Chen were kind, friendly & accomodating. The view was exceptional, although we did not have an exceptional spot and water was provided very late. Overall, it was a great experience.
