The best hike ever seen - The driver (Andika) was easy to communicate with, and the pickup went smooth. The guide (Wayan) made the whole experience even better, he answered all of our questions and had humor at the same time. He really kept the spirit high, which was much needed because it was our first time hiking that far. He took so good care of us, and we had so many laughs with him. 10/10 I would recommend these two🥰

Worth it - Amazing sunrise!!! Putu and Sarwa were excellent drivers + guides. Took amazing photos for us and taught so much about the history/culture of Bali. An early 3am wakeup for us, but it was absolutely worth it! Do it!

Recommended guide - Merta was a good and safe driver. Barong our guide made sure the hike went well and kept us safe. After the tour there was a visitation to a coffee plantation that felt unnecessary since we were quite tired after the hike. It was a good tour that I can recommend.

Stunning hike - An experience that exceeded our expectations. We got picked up in a comfortable van and brought to a waiting area below and given refreshments and equipment. Then we started the hike and the view was stunning from the top. Served breakfast and hot tea at the top, which was lovely as it was chilly. Kadek our tour guide was amazing, very friendly, and always watchful to make sure that the whole group could keep up and was not left behind. Overall a great experience!

The hike to the summit of... - The hike to the summit of Mt Batur was a little challenging but so worth it for the amazing views. Our guide Wira was really accommodating and made it a very pleasant exprmerience. Intan, our driver, also made the whole tour wonderful.

10/10 worth the trip - The trip was amazing with some great sights. Lege our guide was amazing, very helpful and lovely to chat to. He explained all about the temples and culture, helped to take photos and filled us in on general life in Bali. 10/10 tour and tour guide, could not recommend it highly enough.

Trip to remember - Beautiful sunrise at the top of Mount Batur - Geda was a great guide up the slope and phenomenal about making sure our family felt safe throughout. He went and found some benches and blankets at the summit so we could relax and enjoy the sunrise with some hot chocolate and sandwiches. An amazing experience.

Great organization - This is not directly related to the Ngurah group. Arriving at the top a lot of people! But it's beautiful!! It's also a good idea to take water. A bottle is provided for everyone at the start, but it's hot. Lots of “stalls” on the way to get some. Thank you Ngurah

All inclusive tour - The transfer arrived at the exact time at the hotel. We left in rain, but getting there it was not raining and we managed to make the trail quietly. The ascent is exhausting, the guide stops for a rest. Coming to the top we get breakfast and it's cooler there. The guide took beautiful photos and is always willing. Then we went on the coffee tour and tried several cafes and teas. Great experience!!!!
