What are the highlights?
- Embark on an early morning trek up the stunning Mount Batur with an experienced local guide.
- Witness the sunrise from the volcano’s peak and explore craters from 1804 to 1949.
- Relish a well-deserved breakfast with a hot drink at the summit while enjoying the brilliant sunrise colors.
- Cap off your active morning with a soak in a natural hot spring and a refreshing coffee before heading back to the hotel (Optional).
- Add optional trips such as a swing, waterfall visit, and other activities in one day.
Upon arrival at base camp, receive a brief introduction and safety briefing from your guide. Before and after your 1.5-hour hike to the summit, you can relax in our Mt. Batur base camp lounge, the only base camp in the area with clean and comfortable toilet facilities.

Best Trek for Mount Batur - The trek was organized in a very planned way, the guide name (nengah ) was understanding and took very awesome photos of us, the breakfast offered to us was very great, highly recommend this , this trek was the best experience of me and my friends.

Amazing !!! - Amazing day. Early start but absolutely worth it when you get to see the views. Amazing driver Maui who brought us everywhere and was there if we needed anything. Our guide for the trek was great and took loads of great photos for us.

Sunrise Mount Batur Hike - Great experience. Got lucky with clear skies for an amazing sunset. Our guide Iwan knew the mountain very well and helped us navigate the steep terrains and took some amazing photos for us.

Trip to mount batur - We took a jeep tour to Mount Batur with our driver, Nawi, and it was a great experience. He arrived on time, was very polite, and drove us perfectly to the starting point. We felt safe and comfortable the whole way.
For the actual jeep ride up the volcano, there was a different driver, but he was also excellent and made the off-road part really fun. The sunrise over the volcano was beautiful, and we had enough time to enjoy the views and take photos. Overall, everything was well organized, and Nawi made the trip smooth and pleasant.

Super nice trekking to the volcano Batur - We were given a friendly welcome, a Balinese coffee and flashlights. Staggered we made and headed to Mount Batur. Our guide went great on a prepare us on the summit a delicious breakfast. Then it went to the crater. Due to our good condition we were able to circle the crater and then walked back for a longer time. The sunrise was beautiful, but it also had extremely many tourists. Nevertheless, we found a quiet place.

Great experience - Great experience! Walk takes about 1,5h (depends how fast is your group). Remember to take something warm, because on the top, before the sunrise is really cold. I’m sure you will not regret this trip.

Tough hike / sick views - Pretty serious hike to the summit so be prepared to sweat and push hard.
I recommend a good stretch and a decent level of hiking experience and cardio.
The summit is absolutely sick! Seriously beautiful scenes / views and 360 panoramic awesomeness.
Lots of photo opportunities.
Monkeys were cute.
