Excellent way to spend 3 hours in Kingston - The food, service, views and onboard entertainment was amazing! There was plenty of room and opportunities to go on the deck to enjoy the view and take pictures. It was a fun party, with food and dancing while taking in the sites of Kingston!

Heart of the Islands a ‘must do’!! - Loved the lunch cruise! Everything about the food and service was fantastic! Pleasantly surprised that this quality of food, the temperature and freshness was provided in a cruise! A very special thank-you to our server, Jack, who made our experience even better with his warm and professional personality, great sense of humour and excellent service. So much fun!! He said his mom’s name was Kiersta (a very proud mother I am sure!). The only recommendation I would suggest for the cruise is better acoustics/ear buds maybe for the microphone. I was unable to hear the wonderful historical details of river due to the crowd sound and poor speakers. The acoustics for the musician, thankfully, was excellent.

Anytime again - We booked a 3-hour 1000 island cruise with lunch in mid-June. Despite a slightly cloudy sky, the ship was quietly traveling between u along the many islands. The tour guide explained a lot u knew the whole area u Historical very well. The staff was friendly u brisk u attentive. There was a delicious u tasty lunch of well made salad, main course comes between chicken, beef or vegetarian be selected u as dessert a cheesecake with berries. Drinks had to be paid ectra. Overall a successful, interesting u nice excursion!

Fun experience. - Very fun, relaxing and entertaining. lunch was delicious and staff were great. Beautiful scenery as well. The tour commentator was very knowlegable of the area.

Lunch adds a touch of class to this 3 hour tour! - If you are going to cruise the 1000 islands, this is the way to do it! We are a family of 3 and I really wanted to do a 1000 tour but didn't think my 12yr old would enjoy it. However, by making it a lunch cruise, complete with tour guide and live entertainment, it was tolerated as much as could be hoped for! Lol! The wait staff were great and very accommodating. The on-board bar offers wine, beer, spirits and even a small selection of cocktail and mocktails. Drinks ar not included in the ticket price but this is made clear from the start. We listened to the tour guide for a while, but it eventually became too difficult as the guests were all chatting and enjoying themselves as well as the view. The food was alright. The salad starter was lovely and fresh and full of flavour, however I found my choice of main course (chicken) to be lukewarm and lacking in much colour (chicken with white sauce on mashed potato) save for a few carrots. The flavour was too bland for my personal tastes although my husband said he really it. Dessert was a lovely cheesecake but unfortunately my 12yr old doesn't like cheesecake and there wasn't an alternative. Not the worst thing in the world but worth mentioning if you wish to go with any 'picky' eaters. Overall, it was a very lovely 3 hour tour!

Experience the Thousand Islands Up Close - The food was good but the AC was not sufficient during the trip of 3 hours. There were lots of kids so it was a bit noisy. The wait staff was attentive and Ryan was very good with his singing! The musical entertainment was good but it was difficult to hear the commentary along the trip. All in all it was a fun experience!

Mixed Bag - Cruise was fun, narration was informative and interesting, meal was very good. My wife had chicken breast, I had beef rib and we shared a stuffed portabella mushroom. Dessert was also good but the service on our side was poor. All cutlery removed with the dinner plates. Tea and coffee was served with milk and sugar but no way to stir. Nice cheesecake dessert was served, but also with no forks. The server on the other side of the boat kept the water pitchers full, but our side was never refilled. I recommend this lunch cruise, just make sure you sit on the starboard side.

A very nice cruise - It was a wonderful trip, even though it was overcast. The crew was excellent. The food was good, except for the cabbage rolls. The cabbage was tough and undercooked. The entertainment was great! Getting the tickets was fast and easy. My only suggestion would be to have some restroom facilities at the dock. People travelling 2 or 3 hours to get to the boat had to wait in line for boarding and there was a huge line for the bathrooms on board. People were desperate!

Food was cold and ran out of potatoes - They ran out of potatoes for our table and the food was cold. Have been unable to locate a number to call and complain. The views and tour were great beyond the disappointing food.
