- Slea Head Drive - As one of Ireland’s most picturesque routes, the Slea Head Drive is part of The Wild Atlantic Way, starting and ending in Dingle. It features numerous attractions and spectacular views on the western end of The Dingle Peninsula, guiding visitors through historic sites and Irish-speaking villages, with close-up views of the famous Blasket Islands.
- Fahan BeeHive Huts - The exact age of The Bee Hive Huts is unknown, with theories dating them from the eighth to the 12th centuries AD. It is believed that hermit monks once inhabited them, though pagans may have also lived in some of the cone-shaped structures even earlier. Visitors can also feed a baby lamb at this site!
- Dunquin - Dunquin is a Gaeltacht village located at the most westerly point of the Dingle Peninsula. Dún Chaoin is celebrated for its stunning scenery and its enduring Gaelic culture.
- Reask - Reask is a ruined early monastic site. Although only low walls and a cross slab standing stone remain, this site provides a clear idea of the layout of a small monastery from the early medieval period. After the oratory was abandoned, the site was used as a children’s burial ground.
- Gallarus Oratory - The renowned Gallarus Oratory is entirely constructed of stone and resembles an overturned boat. While various dates have been proposed for its construction, an exact date is not available. Some suggest it may be 1300 years old.
- Dingle - Dingle is a charming small port town. A statue of Fungi the dolphin, a long-time harbor resident, is located by the waterfront. Dingle is a creative and imaginative place, known for its quality food and restaurants, intriguing shops and galleries, a friendly dolphin, vibrant street life, and a positive outlook on life.
