- Pennyfeather Lane - As we walk along the lane we discuss what life would have been like and the living conditions of medieval times.
- Talbot Tower - The highlight of the tour, enjoy the beauty and history of the small park surrounding the tower, while learning about the armour and weapons used by medieval knights.
- Kilkenny Castle - Arriving at the gates of the castle we end the tour with a bit of history of the castle and its role in Kilkenny.

Fun and great tour - Dillon was great and very knowledgeable about the town. Really solid sword expertise. Fun to try the swords and have exclusive access to a small tower

Great experience - Dylan was a wonderful tour guide, he managed to keep us entertained and informed at the same time. We could feel his love for the history of Kilkenny and for the beauty of the city. We learned a lot, 100% recommended!

Good Knight in September 2024 - What an authentic, fun, enlightening, and enjoyable experience. While he may have failed History Class (his words), his marks as a tour guide and Kilkenny evangelist are second to none! If you’re looking for more than just a rehearsed tour, this is the experience you’re looking for. The cost should easily be triple what he charges, so tip accordingly!

A fun experience - Hearing about the history and seeing the buildings that have been in the town for hundreds of years. The ancient weaponry was also interesting to see and to learn how it was used.

Dylan's KiIlkenny Knight's tour - The Knight for hire tour was a lot of fun! Dylan is a great guide with a few laughs along the way! I would highly recommend the tour to anyone interested. Great for the kids also!

Dylan is the best - Dylan was an incredible tour guide! The tour was informative and very fun. A great walk around the city, nothing could’ve made it better. It was a perfect experience and I will be doing it again if I’m back in Kilkenny. Dylan truly is a knight in shining armor.

Unique experience - We had a wonderful on the walking tour of Kilkenny with our knight in shining armour. The small group made it very special and we loved the opportunity to have photos in a tower with his sword and medieval equipment. Highly recommend doing this tour for something a bit different.

A very entertaining and informative tour around Kilkenny’s medieval sights. - Handling the swords and suit of armour explanations. There was an array of funny stories recounted from that era by the guide.

The Knight with the keys to Kilkenny’s history! - Our Knight was very knowledgeable about Kilkenny history, had a great sense of humor and told several fascinating stories about local lore. The only difficulty we had was keeping up with how fast he spoke. Being from America, we have found the Irish speak faster than we can listen 😁
