100% recommended safari experience Rwanda/ Akagera park. - My colleagues and I did a full day safari in Akagera, it was so excited with all of us, we sow Animals from the park entrance to the exit, we have been lucky to have Kennett as our guide for a full day, his professional, kindness and patience is top notch, he deserve 100% . Thank You team universal for a lovely safari experience, we will definitely come back in Rwanda and travel again with you.

We sow a lot animals. - Amazing safari tour in akagera national park Rwanda , my colleague booked the tour just 1 day before our arrival in Kigali, we have been picked up from airport early morning and direct head to akagera for a safari, we were a bit tired with long flight journey but when we started the game safari it was a way to relax and refreshment, we sow different kind of wild animals, the list is long but i can give some names: Buffalo, elephant, impala, baboons, crocodile, hippos, Rhinos, giraffe, birds,......................., the lunch inside the park was good too with amazing views, the park is super naturally beautiful, we have really like the service provided with this company, we can't wait to recommend this tour and will book some thing else with them once we are back in Rwanda. Thank you.

A full on day but worth every minute - Picked up promptly at 5.00am by Christian who seemed to drive us smoothly to the park so we started the safari at the park by 8.30am
He was very knowledgeable and by liasing with other divers managed to show at close quarters a fantastic array of animals within one day.
We saw Llons, Rhinos, Elephants, Giraffes, Hippos. crocodiles, Monkeys, Buffalo and many more.
A lovely relaxing lunch
it was along drive back to Kigali made easier by Christian’s skilful driving and the satisfaction of a day well spent.
Would strongly recommend this trip especially if you only have a short time to do a lot

A recommended safari company for big five in Rwanda. - Our visit in akagera park Rwanda was a great experience , the safari start early morning in Kigali and we drove around 3 hours to the park, just 5 min away park' get we sow already the first animals and was Rhinos Sayed the guide, we have spent almost 5 hours in forest but it was like only 2 hours because of how the game safari was amazing, we sow animals like baboons, buffalo, leopard but a bit far, Elephant in big Groupe, same to zebras and antelope,.... This is one of the best time we spent for our our holidays in Africa, and Felix our guide was a humble guy, helpfully , skilled and passionate for his carrier of tour guide, we would love to recommend this safari to any one wishing to visit Rwanda and choose this company please they are the best planner. Thanks.

A company to recommend, - My wife and I were in Rwanda for a business trip, we took advantage and enjoy the shared safari with our colleagues it was best choice made Sayed all of us, the company provided an excellent service , well organized, best explanations from the guide, incredible animals viewing, delicious lunch,... we will definitely recommend this company to our colleagues and families for next year Rwanda visit, Thank you.

Best safari ever. - My last safari in akagera park was a lovely experience, John my guide did the best to optimize my needs, we did a game drive from south to northern park, we sow animals, some closer others a bit far, 4 in big 5 have been well spotted only leopard missed up which make my experience excellent because was especially my top needs for the safari, i would like to say big thanks to john and his company for good job did. Highly recommend the safari.

Sweet for animals lovers and educationally. - Jungle life is some thing to explore and discover, we had amazing time with universal one of the best company in Rwanda, they took us in akagera park for a safari, it was our first time in Africa and we have choose Rwanda for our destination as the most secured country in Africa, the experience was touch note and the guide was professional and friendly for entire period. we can't wait to recommend this safari for animals lovers and for families with kids education purpose. Akagera safari the home of big-five, plan your next experience. - We are a couple from Germany, during our last stay in Rwanda we had incredible experience in akagera park the home of big five in Rwanda, the safari started in Kigali early in the morning to the park, midway we had a stop over for leg stretching and coffee test, reaching the park around 8 am, we did our registration and head to the game drive with our senior guide mr john, the experience went exactly perfect as promised with the manager Emmanuel during our negotiations, we sow more than 30 kind of wild animals and faux in big five, it was an enjoyable day in natural reserve and animals have been good friends for us no attack, hhhh, This one of the best tour i can recommend to any one who is in Rwanda or wish to visit Rwanda. Thank you team universal for your excellent service, you deserve 100%.

well worth safari experience outside Kigali. - My colleagues and I enjoyed safari from Kigali during our last conference in Kigali, it was a good opportunity for us after a whole working week, the safari was beyond our expectations, we drove through the jungle almost 6 hours and we seen a lot off wild animals, it was our first time doing safari but you can't imagine haw the experience was awesome, our guide Serge was passionate for his guiding job with too much stories behind the animals spotted, i can't wait to recommend this safari to any one planning to visit Rwanda, either for vacation or for job purpose with a free one day opportunity.
