PERFECTO! - This cruise is THE BEST in Bangkok, I booked it because another front-paged cruises is sold out, lucky me, I can book last minute but got the best one. We encountered with another ships which all smaller and don't have amazing center stage for Carnival and Cabaret show, the funny things is the dancer make fun of another ship like saying "Hello we have an amazing party here, sad for you guys!". Also the food and the service is awesome!

Wonderful Birthday on Carnival Cruise - I had a wonderful birthday on the Riverside Carnival cruise! The singers and performers surprised me by singing a birthday song, which made me so happy. The atmosphere was great, the cruise was big and smooth, and the performances were professional and amazing.

Impressive Trip - This cruise impressed me with its fresh and varied food selection. 👍🏾 The staff was incredibly nice, and I enjoyed trying many different dishes. 😍 The shows were amazing as well. Thank you for this wonderful memory!❤️❤️❤️

One of the dancers was very handsome - The cruise was huge, and the performances were stunning. Everyone was fully engaged, and the atmosphere was amazing. I really loved the music they played on board. Among the male dancers, one looked just like a celebrity, and everyone was eager to take pictures with him. Such a fun experience.

Bit of a miss - We took this dinner cruise today and it was good but also left some question marks about the theme for performances. This is the dinner cruise departing from Riverside Bangkok along the Chao Pharaya river. The buffet was good with some good meat and seafood options. This is a cruise buffer so the food was ok. There was mild rain so we moved downstairs for the performances and it started off great with good music and tasteful dances. Then the dancers decided to do a Magic Mike recreation for around 30mins which left a sour taste and most of the floor moved out. Think traditional dances or a cabaret instead of a cheap Hollywood act would have been better for a dinner cruise and people will engage better (this is coming from experience of doing similar cruises in 4 continents). Bit of a miss to get to a 4 star but a solid 3 star!

Disappointing!!! - We purchased the dinner cruise with a buy 3 get 1 free special. They ended up telling us they had to charge for my 3 year old daughter because they didn’t believe she was 3 and never gave us the 4th person free. The boat is docked in a secluded part of town. The show is all lady boys and young men, so if that’s not your thing, I would avoid this dinner cruise as there are so many other options.

Watch out! Disappointing Service and Untruthful Claims - We faced heavy traffic and blocked roads in Bangkok due to the King’s presence, causing us to arrive just a few minutes late for our cruise. Unfortunately, the boat had already departed. I contacted customer service, and initially, I was informed by a representative from D2I CO., LTD travel company that, for a small fee, we could reschedule to another day.
Relieved by this option, we planned to join the cruise the next day. However, just a short time later, the representative contacted us again to say she was mistaken—rescheduling or refunds were not possible after all.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with this sudden change, she claimed that two members of our group had boarded the boat. This was absolutely untrue, as none of us made it on board.
If you’re considering this cruise, please be aware that customer service will be unhelpful and, if needed, resort to dishonesty. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
