Follow in the steps of the world’s most famous international spy and visit a stunning Thai Island - Khao Ping Khan, also known as James Bond Island. Once the location for ‘The Man With The Golden Gun’, the island jutting out of the surrounding emerald-green water is a great place to take some snaps as you remember some of James Bond’s best moments. Enjoy sightseeing on Panak Island and swim in a quiet secluded lagoon before finally getting your chance to gaze upon James Bond Island. Stroll through an enchanting mangrove forest, discover ancient paintings and more. Have lunch on Panyee Island and go kayaking around Hong Island. Relax on the beach on Khai Island after your busy day, this trip is a great outing for the whole family.

Khai Islands fast boat tour - We really enjoyed this tour. Yes it is a long day with a 2 hour drive from Khao Lak to Puket marina. However we were prepared for this and either enjoyed the scenery or had a nap. The mini bus was very comfortable and only 6 of us onboard so not crowded. A bit chaotic when we arrived at the marina but we were soon delighted to find out that most of the crowd was going on the Phi Phi islands tour and only a small group on our James Bond tour. We had plenty of room on the boat, cold drinks supplied all day and crew very helpful when we were getting on and off the boat. There was a bit of a swell at the swimming/snorkelling spot but that is Mother Nature and moving further around we found a more sheltered place to swim and snorkel.
There was highlight of the tour was visiting a number of the mangrove and cave areas, first at low tide by walking through the cave. What an experience. Second was the amazing kayak experience through the caves. You sit back and enjoy the spectacular scenery while locals kayak you through the cave and mangrove areas. Lunch was included and delicious, plenty of food and with a spectacular view.
The other 4 people on the bus transfer did the other tour and when we compared notes on the return trip, unfortunately their tour was not as good as ours. Be prepared for a long day, make sure your following day is a relax/rest day and enjoy this fantastic tour. Highly recommend.

Excellent trip - Fantastic team helped make day so special. Special thank you to the two young ladies our tour guides, who were with us on all four islands . Canoeing through caves into lagoons were just amazing

Amazing Island tour - This tour was excellent from start to finish. Great guide and staff, James Bond Island was great, food was delicious, drinks and snacks provided all day. Highlight was the cave canoeing.
Couldn’t recommend this tour enough, really good value for money too.

A fantastic, varied taste of Thailand. - A full, fun- packed day with a wide range of experiences. The day was busy but gave enough time in each location to not feel rushed. Staff were fantastic - fun, professional and attentive at all times. Refreshments were plentiful and the lunch on Panyee Island was superb. Incredible snorkling from the beach, seeing the tiny school and football pitch on Panyee Island to kayaking through rock formations and James Bond Island, this trip exceeded our expectations. Couldn't fault the trip. Would highly recommend this trip and company. .

James Bond speed boat trip was amazing - Excellent day, very well organised by the Seastar crew. Bella the guide spoke perfect English, was knowledgable, attentive and funny throughout the day. Very well catered for with constant drinks and food, lovely lunch. Scenery and itinerary were great. Definitely recommend.

Great day out, but very long (2+ hours) transfer from Khao Lak - As with all our trips in Thailand so far - fabulous locations, and helpful & enthusiastic guides. This one was a bit of a highlight due to the variety of things packed into a single day.
The only let down was the 2+ hour transfer from Khao Lak, as the jetty is in South East Phuket Island, so you spend at least an hour crawling through the horrific Phuket traffic to get there, and get back out again at the end of the day…

Long, but great tour. - Great tour. Only downside is that I thought we would enter the Bay from the north, closer to Khao Lak. If you're going to Phuket, just wait and do the tour from there. It's much closer than the two hour van ride from Khao Lak. Food was good. Sites were great. Energetic crew. A little difficult to understand or hear about the different spots we went too. And the tour is pretty long. I think I got back to my hotel at 7:30 pm. Left at 6 am. But overall very worthwhile.

Poor transfer and boat too full - We booked 7 different trip with Viator during our holiday to Thailand - All of which were excellent but the James Bond Island trip was a let down. Let me be clear the tour guide and boat crew were great. But problems started with the pick up - Our mini bus arrived at our Hotel on time and the pick up list included us and two others - all were on the mini bus. We set off and left Khao Lak, a few miles outside Khao Lak the bus driver received a call and turned around and headed back to Khao Lak for further pick ups. This made him late which resulted in a dangerously fast drive?
The second big issue was the number on the boat - I enquired before booking and was told the maximum number would be 15 - there were over 30 on our boat which made it very uncomfortable.
Overall very disappointed with the organisation of this trip. Look forward to a response
