• Candy Cane Mountain - One of Azerbaijan’s most scenic roads stretches about 40 kilometers from the Guba-Baku highway westward to the mountain village of Altiaghaj. Midway, travelers pass through a striking valley bordered by rolling shale mountains with vibrant red, orange, pink, and chalk-colored swirls. British travel writer Mark Elliott, author of the popular ‘Azerbaijan’ guidebook, named them the Candy Cane Mountains, a name that has captivated travelers ever since.
• Red Village - OPTIONAL STOP (ONLY IN PRIVATE TOUR, IF REQUESTED) Red Village (Krasnaya Sloboda) is a unique place in Azerbaijan, home to the Mountain Jewish community. Known for its rich culture and traditions, it is often referred to as the only all-Jewish village outside of Israel and the United States.
• Qechresh - Qechresh is one of the largest villages in the Guba region, surrounded by forests. It is renowned for its natural springs and diverse plant life.

• Eagle Top - En route to Khinaliq village, a stop will be made at the breathtaking Eagle Top viewpoint. This natural landmark, high in the mountains, offers panoramic views of deep valleys and winding roads. Named for its eagle-shaped rock formation and the frequent sight of wild eagles, it is an ideal spot for capturing the beauty of the mountain landscapes and enjoying the fresh Caucasus air.
• Khinalug - In the Qecresh forest, a switch to a Soviet off-road vehicle is necessary to reach Khinalug. This ancient Caucasian village, dating back to the Caucasian Albanian period, is located north of Guba, amidst the Greater Caucasus mountains, which separate Russia and the South Caucasus, at an altitude of 2100-2200 meters above sea level over the Kudialchay River. Known for its unique language, customs, and traditions, Khinalug is home to about two thousand indigenous people who have preserved their language for over 4000 years.
