Good Trip from Miami to Key West - Trip was good and well organized. Picked up on time and given nearly 7 hours free time at Key West to explore at your own pace and see what you personally want to see. The group size was not too big, giving plenty of room on the coach. Made a stop both ways for a bathroom stop and to have a quick snack/drink. I would recommend.

Elapsed Time - Sixteen hour trip. Good for water sports. An rent a street legal electric cart for $110 for five hours

Great experience - It was a great experience, our narrator described everything to a T! We got to enjoy Key west for a few hours . There was alot to do there. Definitely would book again!

We enjoyed the whole trip! - The bus operator was very kind and sweet and disposition was good. The trip was great. I love the narration I saw in the comments that someone said that it was a simple script that was being narrated. It doesn’t matter to me whether it was a Stript on a phone that’s being narrated or not I completely 100% enjoyed it. I really really enjoyed it and I thought it was very well thought out and done as some person who talks all day every day at work, I can understand making sure I don’t leave out anything and putting it on a strip so that everyone can get the same information and it is consistent throughout the trip. I can appreciate that The bus was clean. It was a bit cold, but I can understand that you can’t cater to one or two people you have to cater to the masses and they do suggest in their listing that you bring a blanket or a sweatshirt to cover up in and I think that’s even true for your trip unless it’s the dead of winter you wanna bring something that you can cover up or used to be warm it’s the same thing like flying on an airplane. You know you’re gonna be on the airplane if you feel like you’re gonna be cold or you a cold nature person then prepare for it so that’s nothing to take away from them. The only thing I can suggest is if you decide to eat at the stop that they make on your journey to Key West understand that he did say that the bathroom is a bathroom, but not the best so understand that do you wanna bring sanitizer in a way to wash your hands and also if you’re vegan or vegetarian Make sure like you probably do always that you take something to eat and snack on if you feel like you may want something to eat on the way, going to Key West are coming back. We ordered the tofu and fries, and the fries were overcooked and hard. The tofu the fried tofu was good. It’s just that for what you’re getting your pain of their a lot of money we spent $20 on the fried tofu, the side order of fries and a small coffee we pay right at $20 and I’ll understand that things will be expensive when you’re traveling, but that was a bit much and the lady that was helping the guy with giving out the orders. They wasn’t communicating too well together because the coffee my husband got was less than a size probably 1/3 the size of a shot glass because she kept telling us to go to the vendor beside them, but we purchased a coffee from them not the vendor beside them so that was kind of upsetting to me because my husband didn’t get the coffee he ordered with his order, but outside of that the trip was amazing. The driver was very safe very attentive and very careful to take care of the people who are interested the trip to himcoming back was amazing. It was raining cats and dogs, but he navigated through it and drove very very carefully and safely. I would recommend this excursion to someone else. I think it was very, very nice and very pleasant.

The visit was wonderful when we got on our way. However tripadvisor gave us the wrong address and we were late for our coach p - Our Bus company called us as we were late for pick up at the Holiday Inn Miaimi. We were given a completley different address by Trip Advisor. The tour bus company however were fantastic and sent another driver by car to pick us up. They were fabulous. The trip was superb and we enjoyed our experience

Good outweighed the bad. - Received this message in my confirmation text, " Please be ready in the hotel lobby between 6:50 AM at 7:00 AM — we’ll be rolling out right on island time!" We got to hotel at 5:40 am as we were staying in Hallandale and weren't sure if there would be traffic. Went up to the locked hotel doors and the cleaning lady held up a sign stating the Holiday Inn is not affiliated with the tour company. So we had to stand outside in the dark until the bus arrived around 6:30. Then there was an issue with people being left because they weren't at meetup place by 7am. We stopped for breakfast and waited for them to be dropped off to join us on the bus. Despite these issued I enjoyed the tour. The bus ride didn't seem long. Time on the island was sufficient for me. It was hot when we got there. We just walked (a lot of fast walking) around down to Duval Street, had key lime pie, went to a restaurant and looked in shops. You will definitely get some steps in. It was a good day.

A pleased customer - It was a great experience for my family and I. My kids enjoyed the trip very much. I will book again on my next visit.

Miami to key west and back - It was a nice trip, there was confusion about the bus at first. There was no narration . The bus driver was a great driver Miami traffic was super crazy coming back and he got through it nicely

Very Disorganized Departure! - It is a good tour, but unfortunately VERY disorganized. The bus arrived late and the tour guide was not organized for calling the names. The tour guide told me I was not there and he didn’t check his list. There was two more buses in the same site. People were trying to find where to go. We had to wait an hour because some people were not in the list. They should send the tour guide an hour in advance to organize people in a line. They should put a mark or sign for the people to know where the line starts.

Not a "tour" with a narration, just a drive to Keywest and back. - Disappointing. The guide, (he just drove us to KeyWest and back) spoke no English, used a translating app to give some basic info, dropped us off at a carpark, and left us to our own devices to find our way round. On the way back he was talking on the phone throughout, which was rather annoying. A couple of other tourists with us echoed the same. Please dont sell this as a tour, it is just a taxi service to and fro to Keywest from Miami.
