Wonderful tour and guide! - Clarke led our group of 3 adults and 3 seniors with care, humor, and respect. He maintained a kind and relaxed attitude, and made it feel like a personalized tour for friends. He had deep knowledge of, and respect for the native culture and the area and goings-on in general. With 3 seniors, we moved slowly, but we never felt rushed - Clarke explained what he knew at every turn and it was quite an interesting and beautiful tour. We saw a black bear and witnessed the salmon's incredible journey up close. Looked at wildlife on the beach and sampled delicious jam. Listened to Clarke talk about the trees and the land next to a small waterfall. It was each of my family member's favorite excursion of the trip! Thank you, Clarke!

Don't hesitate to book this tour - Clarke is a great guide and very knowledgeable about the area. The tour exceeded my expectations. We saw bear, eagle, starfish, crabs and more! We even had the opportunity to taste some homemade Alaska jellies/jams! Totem Bight Park was beautiful and Clarke was full of information about the totems. I considered not booking a tour in Ketchikan and just walking around on my own, but I am so glad I booked with Puddle Jumpers. 100% recommend.

What little boys dreams are made of - We had the most amazing time with Alaska Puddle Jumpers. My six year old had the best time exploring, being curious, getting dirty. I was looking for something that would suit his needs and interests and am so glad I found this experience and with Alaska Puddle Jumpers. Clark was so knowledgeable of the area and just made this the highlight of our inside passage experience.

Good for family with teens - This was a great trip for a family with teens. We loved the tide pooling and it was fun to see the totem village and learn about the culture. It would be great if the guide had identification cards for the wildlife (particularly while tidepooling).

Bad experience - She might be very good. But the communication is very bad. When I received this e-mail, the same day of the activity with very little time with the instructions that he was going to look for me in the port of Norwegian what is about half an hour away, I was already on my way to the place where he had marked me the previous day. At this place we went to the two visitor centers and no one knew the provider, we called the phone what it said in the mail and they also did not answer We lasted almost an hour searching and found no one who knew how to say they knew the tour or the other stands of other tours or at the tourist offices.??? They should have a place or office, we also went to the office which googles, in town, and the place was an empty place. It seems to me that the company is small and do not have communication or sufficient staff. A lot of money paid and not even a phone that answers or a WhatsApp message days before and the same day to get everything in order. We were running all over the port the meeting point which marks the mail the day before there was no one either. It's a fraud.
