Great experience in Ketchikan with Cape Fox Private Vans. - Great guides, we had two vans. I wish we could have managed our time better we could have seen more. Would love the guides to educate the tourists about time management. We had great experience.

Outstanding tour - We really enjoyed our tour with TJ (I hope I remembered that accurately). He customized our stops so we could take in the sights that we were most interested in and made sure we had great information on lunch stops as my brother is a chef and didn't want to eat touristy food. He recommended the Alaska Fish House and my brother and sister raved about their food. During our tour, we saw bear, salmon running and even had a chance to catch a pod of Orcas, which I understand is not common.

Valerie is a All-Star private tour guide - Valerie was a tremendous guide. She shared with us so much information about plants and what was edible or not, she could tell us about each of the major totem poles at the park. She walked us through how all of the machines at the cannery were used to produce canned salmon, especially for the military. She pointed out wildlife. She even recommended a locally made product with fireweed and Devils root to help eliminate pain. When we found it in town, we all bought it. Highly recommend this Ketchican tour.

Toured the town - Amazing, knowledgeable, wonderful time! The guide was super nice and showed us bears, salmon, eagles, deer, and the downtown area.

Great option in Ketchikan. - Renice was great. Lots of information to share with us. She drove us to amazing places. We were able to see bears, deers and eagles.

Best Tour Guide ever - Highly recommend Renice for private tours! She’s punctual, professional, and so friendly. The van was super clean and spacious, and her itinerary was spot on. We had a fantastic time and would definitely book with her again!

Ketchikan tout - Unfortunately, everyone in our group of 9 was disappointed. The tour guide Tom was a good driver, and very far cry from being a real tour guide. We never heard about the history of Ketchikan, its population. He showed us eagle nests, we passed old cannery. In totem park he just dropped us, no word from him. And then he showed us to souvenir shop. He kept asking - what you want to see? But how do we know? It’s the first negative experience that we had with Viator.

We used Viator many... - We used Viator many times, and they found good tour operators, the experience in Ketchikan was not that well. The guy from tour Company named Tom, was a good driver and that’s about it. He never told us about the history of Ketchikan and its population, nor he didn’t talk much at all. And kept asking us what we want to see. But we didn’t know that! Everyone in our group was disappointed- there were 9 of us.
