The route and areas covered depend on the chosen time duration. For instance, if a traveler opts for a one-hour tour, they will be taken from Kannitta Jetty to Kainakary Terminal and back. For those willing to spend more time and money, the tour can cover more distant areas and offer a longer cruise. Each tour is unique and tailored to the traveler’s budget, with no two tours being the same. Extending the cruise time allows for visiting more areas as mentioned. Pulinkunnu Church is quite far from the starting point, requiring at least 6 hours for a round trip, making it unreachable within a 1 or 2-3 hour tour.

Perfect boat tour through small canals - Such a nice boat tour with Shikara boat tour through small canals. It was so beautiful and good explanations, so fun ! I can only recommend !

Excellent experience - We took a 2 hour cruise that takes you to the lake and then to the small canals through villages. We saw the local villagers going about their daily chores. Haneef bhai was a great guide, giving us so much interesting information about the area. Since he has a small boat, it can go through really small canals, which the shikaras cannot. A must do in the area.

Alapuzha house boat trip - Me and my friends had a very good experience with them.
The staff was cordial and very helpful.
The journey was nice through the venice and the overall experience was amazing,
The lunch with fish fry were awesome.
Overall It was an amazing thrill ride.

Great day trip from Kochi - Lovely day out in the Alleppey Backwaters. There was a little confusion when I asked Haneef for a price of pick up and drop off to station the day before the tour in what's app. He told me the price which I took as confirmation that he would arrange transport but when we got there it turned out he was just telling me roughly how much it would be to get an Auto from the station and back which we did with no problems as there were plenty there. Once we arrived at the meeting point Haneef was there to greet us and even let us grab a coffee before boarding the boat.
