- Aberdare National Park - The driver will collect guests early in the morning from their Nairobi hotel. Following a brief introduction, the journey begins with a 3.5-hour drive towards Mount Kenya. On a clear day, enjoy stunning views of Mount Kenya as the main gate to Aberdare National Park approaches. The game drive commences immediately upon entering the main gate. The park is known for its picturesque, steep forested ravines and open moorland. Aberdare National Park is home to elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalo, warthogs, and bushbucks, among others. Rare sightings may include the Giant Forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat, and the blue duiker.
Guests will then proceed to enjoy lunch at the renowned Treetops Hotel. Treetops is uniquely integrated with nature, featuring an ancient tree growing through the hotel, with the lodge constructed around it. It offers a perfect blend of nature and comfort, with a rustic appearance that complements the Aberdares.
Later, guests will depart via game drives back to Nairobi, arriving late in the afternoon. Airport drop-off can be arranged with advance notice. Share these wonderful African memories with the driver.
