It is in this park where you are guaranteed to see massive herds of elephants with impressive tusks as they forage and bathe in several swamps dotting this park. Other animals to be seen here is a variety of herbivores including Zebras, Giraffes, buffaloes, Hippo, waterbuck, warthog, Gazelles and wildebeest. Predators to be seen here includes Lions, Cheetah, Hyenas, and jackals. Amboseli is also a bird watchers paradise where more than 350 bird species can be spotted including flamingos, storks, ostriches, geese, commorants and many others. You will also get the best sighting of the Mount Kilimanjaro with its snow-capped peak, usually visible at sunrise and sunset. The mountain forms a beautiful backdrop to be captured on photographs.

6:00 am: The journey begins with a pleasant early morning drive to Amboseli National Park. This scenic route passes through local villages and the Athi and Emali plains, offering beautiful landscapes and occasional wildlife sightings.
10:00 am: Arrival at Amboseli National Park occurs mid-morning, and the adventure continues with a game drive. The drive explores the park’s numerous swamps, where wildlife is abundant. Visitors can observe impressive herds of elephants foraging, playing, and bathing, along with sightings of buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, gazelles, and more.
The search for predators such as lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals is also part of the experience. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy the abundance of species, including flamingos.
The game drive continues until lunchtime, when a stop is made at Observation Hill for a meal and relaxation.
3:00 pm: The park exit includes an en route game drive back to Nairobi, with an optional visit to a Masai village for cultural interaction. The return to Nairobi is expected around 6:30 pm.
