Life Time Real Exprience - We Loved the Safari. But, this is not the kind of activity for all the people, special for those ones with no open mind spirit, don´t understand the African reality, not able to take a cold water shower or eat the same kind of food for 3 days... We loved the people Maasai, their happiness, friendship and way to welcome us, always available to help with a smile on their faces. About the Safari itself, we were the lucky guys that had the great Samuel as our guide. Samuel really knows about the locals, the places, the animals, always carring about us with is smile! Never coplaining about our requests and taking care about us, like one of is family! Even in the most complicated situations, we always feel safe and secure with him. Big shoutout to Samuel! It is a real life time Exprience!

Incredible experience - I’d like to show appreciation for our tour guide Kikitu. He really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and showed us the big 5. Highly recommend him and this tour company.

If you pick a safari this is the one to pick - Castro was our tour guide and he was outstanding. He made sure our drives were scenic, the washrooms along the way were safe and clean, and the whole experience was pleasant. Our stay in the tent camps were memorable and rustic. The food provided was authentic and plentiful. The tour inside the reserve was awesome from beginning to end with wild animals every which way. The only animal we didn’t get to see was the leopard but we saw everything else and we had so many opportunity to take photos. Highly recommend this tour!

Good stay to visit Masai Mara - The tour was well organized, the lodge Jambo very well with good food. I joined a group which greatly reduces the cost of the stay. I recommend that you choose lodge accommodation, as in the camps there is no electricity between 10pm and 6am approximately and it is impossible to lock the tent. Bring your valuables with you if you book the option in camp. The tour was great, but I think the check out was way too early on the last day, it was at 8am which does not leave time to enjoy the lodge services such as the pool.

A good experience but a few concerning things - Amazing experience with seeing all of the big 5 apart from rhinos. Don’t think they’re used to solo travellers though and some concerning things happened which made me feel unsafe. Main thing was being separated from the group half-way through the journey home- the rest carried on to Nairobi, I waited alone with the driver for an hour or so and then we went with two others onto Nairobi. Once the other two were dropped off, 15 mins from my hotel, the driver pulled to the side of the highway and said I was going with some random car and man. I said why then he said fine I’ll take you. No branding on the car whatsoever. Think this is a one off and the driver should be spoke to- have no idea why he wanted to pass me over. The camp was basic but good enough, I was put at the end of the camp where the bathroom light didn’t work so felt quite unsafe. I would just recommend solo travellers message the company before and ask to be placed near the main eating area of the camp, and ensure the journey back will be smooth. I would recommend solo travellers do their research, it was still amazing but it’s not acceptable what happened on my journey home

Meh. - Lodging: we opted for the budget lodging; our camp was Mara Enkajiang. The tents have toilets and showers inside. The tent was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff at the camp were amazing! Gilbert was the best! He was kind, hospitable, and a delight to be around. Thomas was also another staff member that should be highlighted. The food was so delicious and they pay so much attention to detail when plating. The camp was a highlight. The Driver/Guide: I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly, Cosco, could use a bit more training. He is great at finding the animals and getting you to a good spot to see and capture photos. I would refer to him more as a driver, than a guide. He was on his phone for much of the drive, everyday, instead of engaging with passengers, literally, call after call. We were not provided with the water that was to be included, on the last day, one in our group just happened to find half a pack of bottled waters in the back of the truck and handed them out to us because we were so thirsty. On the last day, we thought the last stop was another pit stop to use the restroom and buy souvenirs. It was not told to us that this was our lunch stop which is self served, but because this was not clearly told to us we bought snacks. Once back in the vehicle, 2 in the group told us the meal was included and we were to eat there, but it was now too late. 5 of 7 in the group did not eat; we did not have our included lunch. Communication is severely lacking, and the driver was not in the best of moods most of the tour. Safari: we opted for the vehicle upgrade to br a land cruiser. Be prepared for a very bumpy ride, as the roads getting to the park are filled with pot holes, so just prepare, bring your meds! It was amazing to see so much wildlife. We were able to see 4 of the big 5. We did not see the rhino, but were happy to see so much wildlife. All said, the camp and camp staff saved this review from being lower.
