Great 3-day Masai Mara safari with Kenya Bush Expeditions - We had a great experience with John Karanja as our tour guide and driver from Kenya Bush Expeditions. We got to see four of the big five with Karanja due to his efforts at finding the animals. I would recommend this tour to anyone considering the 3-day trip.

Absolutely briliant safari! - We had absolutely perfect safari with John! Above all our expectation, we saw many non-standard things, lots animals - John was always one of the first drivers when a lion or other animal was spotted. Great skill as a driver, we were safe all the time. Always great atmosphere because of John's sense of humor and many interesting stories. Also swahili lessons on the fly! He also helped us to quickly organize another safari along with accomodation, helped us when we were trouble with telecom, and so on.

Strongly recommend our wonderful guide and driver Joseph - Strongly recommend our wonderful guide and driver Joseph, who is very experienced, knowledgable and professional. He knows every route in Mara and will take you to see whatever you want to see. We got to see a lot of animals in just a two-day trip. He also shows profound knowledge for the trees and animals because he got the answers for all of our questions. Also a very very nice person to spend time with.

Best adventure of my life. Memories to last a lifetime - My trip was absolutely fabulous. We were extremely lucky to have a well experienced and a man of many talents Tony Cruise (Tom Cruise brother from another mother) as our tour guide. Tony was very entertaining with his musical talent. His knowledge of all the animals was really amazing. Tony’s personality made us comfortable with him from the beginning. It wasn’t long before we were telling funny stories and exchanging jokes. Tony became not just our guide but our friend. The 3 days with Tony went very fast. Our safari tour was the highlight of my visit to Kenya. I would highly recommend Kenyan Expeditions for their professionalism and good service.

3 days Masai Mara family tour - Our 3 days Masai Mara family tour was an amazing experience with Kenya Bush Expeditions, and we took back special memories with us. My main concern was that I had my kids aged 4 and 8 in the tour. But Peter, a very friendly and experienced driver and guide, had things so well organized and planned, taking care of the kids comfort and needs throughout the tour. The agenda was well planned to suit our comfort. I would definitely recommend Kenya Bush Expeditions

- This tour company turns sloppy the moment they get your deposit. They’ll push you hard to pay, but after that, don’t expect any clear communication, you have to ask for everything, and even then, the info is incomplete. On day one, we had no idea which car we were supposed to take. We waited over an hour, switched vehicles twice, and ended up crammed into a van with eight people(not including driver), super uncomfortable. The driver was on the phone constantly. They gave us the cheapest hotel option out of the three they listed, even though it wasn’t clearly stated. And despite saying drop-off was included, the driver dumped us in some random street in downtown Nairobi, saying “everybody, last stop.” Seriously? We ended up getting help from another tour company’s boss to arrange our transfer 這是一間收了訂金就會開始變得很隨便的旅行社，除了很積極的催你付訂金以外，所有的資訊都需要主動詢問才會提供（還超級不詳細） 包括接送時間地點，第一天集合時，車也搞不清楚是哪一台，等了一小時，換了兩次車，最後一台車擠八個人(就是全部坐滿。連最後一排中間也擠一位）超級難坐，司機一直在講電話，最後飯店也給你三個可能選項中最便宜的，明明說包含drop off結果司機把我們載到奈洛比市中心的某條街說everybody last stop,有夠無言，還是其他間旅行社的老闆幫忙聯繫接送的

Rude and unreliable! Avoid at all costs! - Tour guide Tony was a very good guy that tried his best. Other than that, we had booked a private jeep safari and a day before he told us the jeep is no longer available!!! Excuse was we had asked for better price BUT specifically said in writing we wish to keep our tour as it is! Then we had to go with the van! Out of the 3 days, since day 1 the van broke down, so we could not go on safari. Just waited at the hotel. So this meant even more money for the company as they did not even had to pay our park entrance fees! We asked for a refund and he actually gave back just 20usd more than the entrance fee he did not buy anyway and had the nerve to say that we should not complain because in the end we were lucky to see river crossings! Very very rude attitutude and unreliable! Kept ignoring my messages! A V O I D so u dont ruin your long deserved holidays! Oh, and by the way, some friends of ours were there a week before and he also canceled their jeep on them too!!!! Hahaha
