Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

Samburu National Reserve - Departing Nairobi in the morning, guests will head north towards the Samburu Game Reserve.

Samburu National Reserve - The day will be dedicated to game viewing in the park, appreciating the diverse landscape and variety of animal species. Samburu is part of a lava plain that features thorn scrub, red dirt, dried river beds, broken volcanic rock, steep hills, and rocky outcroppings.

Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park - After a morning game drive in Samburu, guests will depart with picnic lunches and drive to the floor of the Great Rift Valley via Thomson Falls and the Subukia Escarpment viewpoint for lunch, then proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park.

Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Heading further south towards Narok, guests will proceed to the Maasai Mara, arriving in time for lunch and an opportunity to see the Big 5.

Full day at Maasai Mara National Reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - The entire day will be spent exploring the magic of the Mara.

Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha National Park

Lake Naivasha - An early morning game drive will be followed by breakfast at the camp. Guests will then drive to Narok to purchase Maasai souvenirs before proceeding to Naivasha.

Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - Departing Naivasha in the morning, guests will drive via Nairobi to reach Amboseli in the late afternoon.

Full day at Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - The day will be spent exploring the park. Melted snow from Mt. Kilimanjaro drains under lava flows and surfaces on the Amboseli plains, creating a green belt of swampland amidst dusty plains.

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

Tsavo National Park West - After breakfast, guests will leave for Tsavo West National Park via the Chyulu Hills, with a visit to the Mzima Springs.

Full day at Tsavo West National Park

Tsavo National Park West - The day will be spent exploring the park, including its nature trails. Tsavo West is known for its birdlife, including the white-bellied go-away bird, red-beaked hornbills, and bateleur eagles.

Tsavo West to Tsavo East National Park

Tsavo East - Early in the morning, guests will drive to Tsavo East.

Tsavo East to Mombasa

Mombasa - An early morning game drive will be followed by breakfast. Guests will then proceed to Mombasa, arriving in good time to find their way to their hotels, marking the end of the tour. Alternatively, they may drive back to Nairobi.
