Reliable Service - We had such a fantastic experience with this company, Michelle was great she communicated with us through out the process of the pick up until our driver dropped us off , very reliable definitely using them again

Exceptional Service - The service was great, driver was very professional and he communicated effectively ,he was already waiting for me before I arrived at the airport. Well organised - Michelle very efficiently arranged our transportation from the airport to our hotel Provided updates and confirmation Our flight was delayed so it took a little bit longer for our driver to arrive Car was small so it was a bit of a squeeze with luggage and 2 passengers Driver was very nice

Disappointed with below expected service - The driver was friendly and polite. However, for the price that we paid l expected that at least the driver would have had a fully charged phone with sufficient airtime to use his GPS, that his car would be sufficiently fuelled for the entire journey, that he would have had money for the tollgates and that he would have been better prepared to render his services. Unfortunately on this occasion the service fell well below my expectations. I had to use my international roaming to use the gps to guide him which incurred costs. I also felt that he drove far too slow on the highway, well below the minimum at times. As an international visitor to SA I would expect the driver to know where he is going and not rely on me to provide directions or the tools to render the service. Not a great way to start a visit to a new country.
