Awful experience - I found the seller to be dishonest and does not care for clients safety or satisfaction, only money. In Amboseli area this company said it was highly likely to see all animals except rhinos, this was not the case as we arrived to the park 2 hours late by this time the days heat started and animal retreat. The main issue was that the driver turned up in a poor vehicle, the company claims it a vehicles are new yet there are no seatbelts the seat arms are cut and foam exposed and constantly beeps as it cannot hold higher speeds. It is important to be early as when the sun and day gets hotter animals retreat and hide in the shade. I did not see a variety of animals, mainly saw elephants. I have WhatsApp messages stating I would see a large amount of animals. Therefore I was miss sold. The Vehicle was bad and took 6 hours for an 4 hour journey. There was no traffic on the way, just had to go in slow lane cos vehicle was not up to it. At lunchtime the guide left me and went off with his friend and did not tell me where he was going. As a solo traveller this made me panic. Lady who was friends with guide was not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable. I tried to be nice and smile and just give me bad attitude. I felt so unsafe on the journey back, I felt I was put in danger going toward ongoing traffic. The driver was stuck behind slow trucks so thought it was acceptable to drive in the wrong lane towards upcoming traffic, I was extremely scared and felt I was put in danger. I wish I had gone to Nairobi park with a reputable company.
