Great experience! - This was an amazing flight! Even though we went on an off season (January) we thankfully managed to try this experience, and pilot Görkem made it fun! The view over the valleys were breathtaking. And the crew made a little send off ceremony after the flight which I thought was very cute and wholesome! Would definitely do this again at summertime 😊

Relaxing hot air balloon ride - I originally booked a hot air balloon flight over Goreme with Royal Balloon, but the flight was cancelled due to bad winds. The next few days of weather looked unfavorable too but Royal Balloon offered an option to fly with their sister company, Lord Balloon in the Soganli Valley for the next morning. There was a chance it would've been rescheduled, but I took their offer and hoped for the best. I was picked up from my accommodation at 6:10am and arrived at the site around 7am. We were offered coffee/tea and breakfast of eggs, bread, pita, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, jam and honey. It was delicious and helped calm my nerves. We started our balloon ride around 7:50-8am. It was a cloudy day, but we saw bits of sunrise through the clouds. Our pilot was Halil, who shared facts about the area and always offered to take a picture for us. I felt very safe flying with him! We were 7 passengers plus the pilot, which made it feel spacious and comfortable. He also rotated the balloon so everyone can have a nice view and played background music as we flew around. Our flight lasted 1 hour. There were around 7 other balloons flying at the same time. The ride was relaxing with clear view of the mountains. The descent was very smooth and Halil did a phenomenal job at parking us. We landed right on the truck bed! We ended the flight with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and medals. Such a great experience! Pro tip: If you plan to take a balloon, stay at least 2-3 days and book the balloon for your first day/morning. This gives you more chances of flying in case the weather is bad.

10/10 - Very nice experience. Although flights were cancelled from Goreme they arranged us last minute to fly through Songali. Hilal was excellent operator of the air balloon, explaining the landmarks of the area as well as reassuring the anxious members of the group. Overall a great experience

Air balloon Ride - Great balloon adventure... although sceneries not as great as Genome but this tour not too crowded.. you get to enjoy your ride.. Our balloon driver Görkem Kiyga was funny and took a more adventurous landing as compared to the regular landing...
