- Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor - Your Nā Pali Ocean Raft Tour begins on our 30-foot Zodiac© raft. We take you to Kauai’s remote Nā Pali Coast for an unforgettable adventure! Be ready for excitement as you encounter playful pods of Hawaiian Spinner dolphins and Bottlenose dolphins. From Dec-April, you might see Hawaiian Humpback whales. The tour continues past miles of sandy beaches to the stunning cliffs of Nā Pali Coast. Enjoy incredible scenery with magnificent beaches, towering cliffs, verdant valleys, waterfalls, and sea caves (conditions permitting). The narrated tour is filled with history and lore. Snorkeling in a pristine bay with amazing underwater life is included if conditions permit. Light snacks and beverages are served. WARNING: The Zodiac© raft makes for a wild, fast, and rough ride. Due to the nature of the Nā Pali Raft & Snorkel Adventure, you must be ready to experience ADVENTURE ON THE SEA! You must be in good physical condition to attend. We cannot accommodate pregnant women, anyone with back or neck problems, medical conditions, or recent surgeries. If you are not a strong ocean swimmer or cannot swim, you are prohibited from snorkeling during the tour. Thank you for understanding.

While you are on your unique journey with us you will be provided with fresh cut fruit, Hawaiian chips as well as a variety of cold beverages to keep you hydrated and feeling recharged! - The morning tour (6:30 AM or 7:00 AM) is our most recommended tour due to calmer ocean conditions and more wildlife sightings.
- Raft tours will include seeing and possibly entering sea caves and snorkeling, but only if the ocean conditions are safe enough to do so. Your tour’s Captain will make this decision. (We do not snorkel in the sea caves.)
- We recommend booking early in your vacation in case of a weather cancellation, you have more time left in your vacation to rebook.
- Our tour departs from the west side of Kauai— We meet in Waimea at the Na Pali Riders office.
- When ocean conditions are not favorable for a Na Pali Coast tour or the minimum passenger count for the safety and stability of our vessel is not met, you will be offered the following: The option to rebook for a different date and time. The option for a full refund.

Arrive at Na Pali Riders’ office in Waimea 45 minutes before departure with waivers signed. Departure time is the time specified on your itinerary. If not checked in before the safety brief begins, the tour is missed.

An experience we will not forget. - Wow!!! Best day ever. Thank you to Micaela and Croy for being wonderful guides. Even though the water was too rough to get close to the Na Pali coast we had the best dolphin and whale watching ever. It’s too fun of a tour to miss out on.

Fun day out in the water. - Be aware that it is a small boat, it will rock and you will get splashed. May not be for you if you get sea sick. The staff was great, if there is someone on earth who likes their job more than Peighton, I haven’t seen it.

Great people, fun adventure. - I feel like the operators were very professional but also casual making it a very personal experience. Made every feel safe the whole time and made sure we could do as much as the ocean allowed that day.

Boat tour with possible snorkeling - It should be clear as we were told upon boarding the boat - this is not a snorkeling tour on a boat but rather a boat tour with possible snorkeling. Setting your expectations to align with this will help you enjoy more 😀😀

Unforgettable Adventure Along the Nā Pali Coast! - Our experience with the Nā Pali Coast Zodiac Raft Expedition & Snorkeling was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, this tour exceeded all expectations.
First i would like to thank Michaela alot. Even though we were little late she helped us to find the place and hold the zodiac couple of minitues for us. Me and my wife wanted to do this tour so bad. Thanks to her it happened
The Zodiac raft ride was an adventure in itself—thrilling yet safe, with breathtaking views of the rugged cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and sea caves that make the Nā Pali Coast so famous. The guides were not only skilled at navigating the waters but also incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories about the area’s history, legends, and marine life.
Snorkeling was another highlight! The water was crystal clear, revealing a vibrant underwater world filled with tropical fish, coral reefs, and even a few sea turtles. The crew provided high-quality gear and ensured everyone felt comfortable, whether it was their first time snorkeling or they were seasoned divers.
What really made this tour stand out was the personalized and friendly service. The guides were attentive, fun, and passionate about what they do, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for an exhilarating way to explore the stunning Nā Pali Coast while also enjoying some world-class snorkeling, this tour is an absolute must! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kauaʻi.

Well worth getting up early! - Excellent boat tour of Na Pali Coast! Boat Captain and Assistant were terrific. Very well qualified and we all (family of four) felt very comfortable and in good hands. Captain got us into some caves with exemplary skill and safety, even though swells were not making it easy. Seeing the Na Pali Coast from the water is a great way to experience the majesty and grace of this land form. And the snorkeling was icing on the cake. Highly recommended, unless you prefer arm chair adventures....Recommend the morning tour as seas are calmer.

Kauai trip - I am rating this trip, a four out of five only because of weather related shortening of the trip, which was no fault of the tour operators. The company did a terrific job, the boat captain was great, and all went perfect, except for the weather which was uncontrollable. Due to the fact, our trip was cut short due to rain and high seas the company offered to reimburse us some of our money, which I thought was exceptionally nice.
