Private guide, personalized service, go at YOUR pace - On most of our adventures in Kaua'i we could only see waterfalls from a distance, this tour was great to actually be in the waterfall. The ropes make it accessible to most hikers levels even with a bit of mud. Any type of water shoes work. They had hiking sticks for use. Directions to meeting spot were on point. Being a private tour, you can go at your own pace. Even though there was only two of us, they still accomodated us. Great facts about the island and different plants. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Not a strenuous adventure - It's tricky to find, leave early. The host waited for us (10 minutes late). We hiked to 2 waterfalls and spent probably 30 minutes swimming at each one. Very interesting facts about the island on the tour. Wonderful experience.

Waterfall hike and swim tour - Im 62 with a bad knee and if I can do this hike, so can you! They provided sturdy walking sticks/ ski poles which i found very helpful. The trail also has rope hand rails where it gets steep which i also found useful. Rashad was our guide & he is great! Born and raised in Hawaii he taught us interesting facts about the flora and fauna along the hike. Your reward is two beautiful natural waterfalls that you get to photograph & swim in! Wonderful way you experience the beauty of Kauai! Do it, you wont be sorry!

Great way to see some of the beauty of Kauai - This is a great way to see some of Kauai's beauty and not spend a whole lot of time doing it. The hike to the waterfalls is not very long, maybe 1/2 mile round trip, and is in-between beginner and intermediate. Our guide, Rashad, was awesome. He gave us a little education on the different fauna you see on the hike and showed us how to get a Hawaiian shower and message from the waterfalls. Good times.

A refreshing trek - The hike was manageable (distance and terrain) even in water shoes, but maybe actual hiking shoes would’ve been better. The fist waterfall was shallow enough to get a picture in even if you didn’t want to take a full dip. The 2nd waterfall you had to commit to being fully immersed/swimming. Our tour guide was great, he offered to take pictures for all the different families and made sure everyone stayed together along the way.

Kauai waterfalls hiking tour - Shiz was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge about the history of the area and expertise on hiking down to the falls was top notch!!! The waterfalls were the icing on the cake!!!

A few cautions, and a few praises - The company owners need to attend to a couple important trip listing clarifications. First and foremost, if a tour company says it’s going to provide water, most folks will expect to be handed a plain ol’ bottle of water before the outing, or even a tour-branded water bottle as advertising. But NOT to merely have a dispensing jug of water atop a picnic table *without* even any cups from which to to drink. No one got any water, as a result, before a short but hot and challenging hike. Better to list a water bottle as a recommended thing to bring individually, and state clearly that the company will provide a water *source* from which to fill one’s own water bottle.
Also, there was a construction detour on the way to the venue, while following the listing’s directions. Best if the web management provides local staff a way to edit those directions to account for the detour, or any future unexpected issues that may arise.
But … LOVED the eminently swimmable second waterfall pool, with its climbable rock ledge behind the waterfall! Cooool.
