Don’t hesitate! Do it! - We are a family of 6, and we had 4 kids ranging in age from 13-4. Everyone was able to participate and had such a good time. Greg was amazing with us and teaching us some Hawaiian things and he had all the gear for us. A surreal moment for us to see things under the water! Greg really helped support us and all our different swimming levels. Our fur year old stayed on top the boogie board and was just fine, and he still saw the turtles. Even if we didn’t have a little, I like how Greg has a big boogie board for like a resting support when needed. Thanks Greg for a great experience! We will be back one day.

Gregg is da man - Gregg was so great. So chill and reassuring and safe. Top notch experience. Well worth it especially if going with kids or those unfamiliar with snorkeling.

Tailored and friendly experience :) - It’ll be tailored to your needs, whether you’re experienced and want to dive down or have never been and need total guidance. We had a group member who was extremely anxious about snorkeling and open water, and he took extra care of her and made every necessary accommodation. By the end, she was snorkeling on her own, which is something no one else has been able to get her to do! Highly recommend.

Great guide and wonderful experience! - The outing was excellent! Greg was an amazing teacher and all around great human being. We were pretty new to reef snorkeling and Greg made sure he understood what our needs were and gave us good instruction. The equipment was great and helped us see turtles, many fish, and other sea life. We would highly recommend this experience!

Read this if you are anxious - This private snorkeling company has fewer reviews, but I'm happy to attest, it is 100% legit and a perfect fit for our family. When we got the google pin location / driving direction the day before to let us know where to meet, I was SO nervous about being in the middle of the ocean that I literally emailed him back with our family's clothing sizes and requested life vests (which he did bring, but we did not use, because the wet suits sufficiently helped us float)!! For the first hour, Gregg chatted with our family, probably to assess our skill level (zero), anxiety level (lots from me), and to build trust. He also thoroughly answered all of my questions, went over hand signals, and taught us how to use the snorkeling equipment with ease. Then it was time to put on the wetsuit and step into the water (I suggest wearing your swim shoes / slides / flip flops until the last second, because it was rocky and sharp where the water meets the land). For the second hour, we stepped into the ocean. Gregg had a floating board with several handles and I was gripping onto that for dear life. It took me a while but when I finally let go, the wetsuit helped me float just as Gregg promised, and my snorkeling equipment worked as he said it would. As a family, we had so much fun swimming with turtles, different fishes, and we even touched a sea urchin. Gregg was professional and patient as our snorkeling instructor, water & marine life guide, and emotional support concierge. I was happy to see my kids experience this with me, but even more thrilled that they witnessed me overcome my fears. Some other tips: We brought waterproof iPhone lanyards (Amazon) and were able to record underwater. Also, don't forget your hair tie if you have longer hair.

Family Snorkel! - Gregg was an amazing guide for our little family group, which included 3 first timers including a couple who were very nervous. Compassionate, patient and kind with a gentle humor, he provided us with a wonderful experience. He was easy to communicate with, provided all necessary equipment and instruction, and took his time, never rushing us. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and if in the area again I would love him to guide us again. As one of the nervous ones, I felt utterly safe and taken care of the entire time. He helped us see a lot of turtles and fish, and honestly it was the highlight of our family vacation!

Excellent - Excellent experience! Walked away with tremendous knowledge! It was just my wife and I and our daughter and we had to switch off as she’s only 10 months old. It worked out perfectly!
