Beautiful garden and tastings! - Beautiful gardens! Hard to believe they have only been open to the public for about a decade. The tour was very informative. It was fun trying honey and fruit at different stops along the way. The chocolate tasting was very informative, I will never look at chocolate the same way and am now better informed when I purchase chocolate. We really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it!

Tropical Trails and Chocolate Tales - The Princeville Botanical Garden and chocolate tasting tour was a delightful mix of nature and indulgence. The guide shared fascinating insights about the local flora, making every stop educational and engaging. The chocolate tasting was the perfect — sampling rich, handcrafted chocolate while learning about the cacao process was a treat for the senses. A perfect mix of nature, culture, and indulgence — highly recommend!

If you love chocolate and flowers this is for you! - If you tend to be bitten by bugs than make sure to follow their guidelines and apply it thick. Otherwise just enjoy the beautiful landscapes, and insightful tour guides as you walk through a dream land. The chocolate is also very good! Be prepared for a nice break in the middle of the tour a taste chocolate from all over the world.

Palms, Chocolate, & Flowers In Paradise! - Very nice! The gardens are beautiful. Even though we went in September and Kauai has been having a drought, there were lots of flowers. The landscaping using tropical palms and plants was better than any other garden that we have seen on Kauai and most of the continental U.S. The chocolate tasting and lecture were interesting and enjoyable. The garden owners are currently planting more cacao trees to increase their chocolate production. The owners of the garden were present and greeted us when we arrived. I wish I lived on this property!

Nature walk - The gardens were absolutely beautiful and then it rained and it was extremely beautiful to walk through, but the lady who led the tour was extremely boring

The Botanical Gardens... - The Botanical Gardens were an interesting collection of past and present plants growing on the island. The local tour guide provided a few interesting remarks. However, I missed the scientific insight into the individual plants that other Botanical Gardens offered. A free lunch at the end of the tour using the local foods accented with the Botanical Gardens’ own spices, chocolates, fruits and flowers would have made it a delightful and valuable experience.
