It is recommended that divers have experience with 15 or more dives and are prepared for a fast-paced, challenging dive.
For the Mana Crack tour, participants meet at Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor at 6:30 a.m. It’s an early start, but crucial to get ahead of the wind! The journey to the start of the Na Pali Coastline takes approximately 30-40 minutes. From there, the group will travel two miles offshore for the first drift dive, typically ranging from 50-100 feet deep.
After the initial dive, sandwiches, drinks, and snacks will be provided. During the surface interval, while nitrogen is being released, participants will have the opportunity to get up close to the stunning Na Pali Coast, exploring sea caves, lava tubes, waterfalls, and secluded beaches. Sightings of spinner dolphins are almost guaranteed, and during the winter months, humpback whales may also be seen!
Following the hour and a half tour of the Na Pali Coast, a second dive will take place at a different location on the Mana Crack dive site. It is advisable to bring a hat, sunglasses, and a jacket! The tour aims to return to the dock by 2 p.m.
