- Kukuiula Small Boat Harbor - The afternoon boat dive offers an excellent opportunity to discover Kauai’s lively underwater world. Participants will board one of the premium, Coast Guard-certified boats and set off from the Kukuiula Boat Harbor, located just a short distance from the meeting point. As the journey begins, there is a chance to witness one of Kauai’s renowned natural attractions, Spouting Horn, while exploring the local reefs to find the best diving spot for the day. With over 25 dive sites available, including the renowned Sheraton Caverns, divers will be surrounded by a unique environment. The Hawaiian Islands boast over 1,250 species exclusive to these waters, and there is always the possibility of encountering whale sharks, dolphins, humpbacks, manta rays, endangered monk seals, and the iconic Hawaiian sea turtles, or honu.

Our afternoon tours cater to divers of all skill levels, with our award-winning dive team ensuring that the sites we visit feature low currents, high visibility, and abundant marine life. Safety is our top priority, and we take great care to ensure you and your family feel confident using our high-quality equipment, Coast Guard-approved vessels, and the most experienced divemasters on the Island. It’s common to spot Hawaiian spinner dolphins, whales, manta rays, and various other large species from the boat. We are the only dive operator on the Island with an observation tower and ample walk-around space, offering guests spectacular views and photo opportunities of Spouting Horn, Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s, and other sites along the south coast. This tour provides excitement from start to finish, and we are confident you’ll be eager for more.

Guest check-in is at the designated meeting point. Please make sure to arrive by 12:30 pm. Once checked-in we will provide complimentary transportation to Kukuiula boat harbor where we will disembark at 1:00pm. Free parking is available at the meeting point in the parking lot across the street.

First post certification dive - From the moment we walked into the dive shop we felt welcome. Taylor was working the desk and was friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and set us up for the dive that fit our needs. Sierra was our dive master. We shared with her that we were new to diving and needed refresher training. She was good to explain all of our gear to us, went over hand signals and what to expect on the dive. Jordan was our boat captain and also was very thorough with his safety instructions and overall being super helpful throughout the trip. Loved his vibe. When we were in the water, Sierra was good at pointing out different fish. She was very mindful of her group and checking on us.
Sheraton Caverns was a beautiful dive site. Swimming through the collapsed lava tubes was an experience I’ll never forget.

Great crew, great dives - Best dive experience I’ve had in a lot of locations. Beautiful dives and the crew is relaxed and knowledgeable. If you want to dive on Kauai this is the spot.

An amazing experience! - We had an amazing experience. Andrew started us off with a great shore dive and was attentive and patient with our first Open Water level dive in several months. Paige and the other team in the shop were kind and super helpful with all our questions. Boat Captains Cole and Jordan were professional and were careful to help us with our equipment and made sure we were safe. They went the extra mile to help us see the whales and dolphins on the surface and gave us some valuable information about the sea creatures. And finally Thomas was a very hardworking and patient guide who pointed out many sea creatures and made sure we had an excellent experience. The equipment was excellent quality and we would definitely sail and scuba with them the next time!!!

INCREDIBLE experience with the Seasport Divers crew - My wife and I had an incredible experience diving with the Seasport crew while staying in Kauai. We booked two afternoon dives (2 tanks each) and they were both spectacular.
Special thanks to Jordan (our boat captain in both trips), for his knowledge, patience and consideration even when I became seasick on the first dive - He was incredible!
And also thanks to Erica (our dive master in our first day) and Corbin (dive master in our second day), for their knowledge and guidance throughout our trip!
And as a huge plus, we were able to see a ton of Humpback whales on the surface!

GREAT experience! - Great dive shop! They were very well organized and efficient period our dive mastering captain were very personable and the dives could not have gone better! Would definitely use them anytime we come back and would recommend to everyone

Great Dive in Kauai - We were lucky to have Captain Jordan and Dive Master Tony all to ourselves. From beginning to end, they stressed safety and enjoyment. The equipment was great and the tube dive was spectacular. Having dived many years, mostly recreationally, they both took time to let us know how things have changed and how to best use the equipment. Even with a minor hiccup on our part, it was handled with care and a positive attitude. This was one of the best, or the best dive teams we have worked with. We hope to see them again!

Great dives - Great staff and great dives. We saw a humpback whale underwater! As well as at least 30 turtles and a couple moray eels that were swimming and tons of fish. Captain also spotted a manta ray and we jumped in with it after dives.

Sheraton Caverns is amazing - Great crew and fantastic dive. Debbie was our dive master and Jordan was the captain. They were very professional and hilarious together. They made the dive fun. The dive named Sheraton Caverns was one of the best dives we EVER had. The turtles were so numerous and seeing them in the caverns was special. The clear water made the experience surreal.
