Reliable, punctual service with great communication. Recommend and would use again myself. - I had contacted Less Taxi via WhatsApp around a week before coming to Sri Lanka as I wanted to book all our taxi transfers for the trip. They provided quotes for each trip which we were happy with so we confirmed. From then on we would get in touch a day or two prior to each pick up to organise the time and place. I would always receive a confirmation and also car and driver details in advance. The prices provided in the beginning never varied and we never had to pay extra. The drivers were punctual, friendly, spoke English (some more, some less) so it was also a nice way for us to talk to locals and learn more about Sri Lanka. We’ve done the following trips with Less Taxi: Colombo airport - Colombo Colombo - Galle Galle - Mirissa Mirissa - Udawalawe Udawalawe - Ella Kandy - Sigiriya Sigiriya - Negombo Negombo - Colombo airport

Highly reccomend! - This taxi service from the airport was absolutely great. The communication with the company via whatsapp was supper quick and smooth - they are VERY responsive, answered me the same minute I requested a drive from them. They provide you with all the needed information even before you ask, so there was no wondering when, where, what - everythihg was answered and provided super clearly in no time! Also the driver was polite, I felt very safe driving with him, took me to the doors of the hotel, and in the middle of the journey he even offered me to stop for a lunch if I wanted, as there was almost three hours long journey. Finay, it was great that there was an option to pay by cash after the trip, with no advance payments or so.

Reliable transport to/from Colombo Airport - I booked our airport transfer via trip.com, and they have referred to LessTaxi as their operator. I loved how the team would WhatsApp you few days before your trip to make sure everything’s sorted, and they would keep track with your flight and make sure you are well taken care off. Unlike some platforms where drivers are gone missing/not on time, I think this is very reliable. The drive itself was also comfortable.

Good service! - We booked airport transfer service of drop-off and pick-up from Less Taxi. Pick-up service is good but the actual license plate of the car didn't match with order notice. I think this is important that the traveller could recognize the correct car since nowadays scam news is happening a lot. For the drop-off service, the customer service of Less Taxi really did good service which helped me to contact the driver our location timely. I will recommend Less Taxi if you travel to Sri Lanka.

A Good and Prompt Service in Sri Lanka - Have used their service for 3 trips: Airport to Colombo Colombo to Galle Galle to Airport At all the times they have been clear, professional and on time. The cars are decent and usually happy with the Toyota Prius since it’s perfect for a couple. The drivers were also kind and helpful when we needed small stops for a break on the way. I liked their service as they were also correctly priced amongst others.
