16 day tour in Sri lanka - We did a bespoke tour over 16 days not the usual 8) which Beauty Lanka arranged for us. We had plenty of opportunity to review the suggestions and change things around before we travelled but the basics were set up by BL and it was very comprehensive, so useful for travellers who had never been to Sri Lanka before. The itinerary suited us really well covered all the key sites with enough time to get the most out of it. When needed our driver guide suggested we use a local guide such as at Anaradhapura which was such a good decision for us and we got a lot more from the visit. We had a driver guide Amile assigned to us for the whole trip and he was fantastic. Just the right touch. Introduced us to new fruits, made great suggestions about some adjustments to the itinerary. He was great company and very professional. Made all the difference to our trip. Overall we have only great things to say. We covered a lot of ground but also fitted in a couple of rest days on the second week . Would highly recommend using Beauty Lanka. The hotel bookings were set up and seamless, car was clean comfortable and well driven

Gorgeous island tour made all the better by our tour company and guide. - This was a fantastic experience made all the better by the organisers Beauty Lanka Tours in helping fine tune the arrangements to extend it to 17 days and make sure we experienced the most we could. Even then the beauty and variety of Sri Lanka was only sampled in part as there is so much to see. A special thanks to our guide Amila who made sure we got the best from the tour and helped adjustments on the fly as we travelled around. Always thinking ahead and checking we got the most from our time. It wouldn't have been the same without him. Will recommend them to all our friends.

Stunning tour in the pearl of the Indian Ocean - Wonderful experience! The tour is very well organized and allows you to enjoy the beauty of this fascinating country. The hotels are good quality with always courteous and helpful staff, very good breakfasts. What made our trip really special was the presence of our driver Niran Gunasinghe! Excellent guide (...in Sri Lanka it is essential to rely on an experienced driver), gave us great advice both organizational and culinary. Along the way he gave us the opportunity to taste fruits and other typical specialties of the various locations. Niran was 0a discreet, but valuable presence. He has shown great respect for his land and the people who live there. Super recommended!

Exceeding all expectations!!!! - m so excited to write this review about our experience with Sri Lanka, Beauty Lanka travels and our personal driver Gayan. It was a spectacular trip that much exceeded our expectations. We were truly impressed by the hospitality and beauty of this wonderful country and how “Beauty Lanka Travels” helped us on the way to make our memories unforgettable. We were very well followed right from our first contact with the company, who helped us to plan our trip in the most sufficient way. They’ve listened to our request and and at the same time corrected through the process. Our personal driver was Gayan and we couldn’t wish for a better driver. Since we traveled with three little children , safety and comfort was our top priority. We had a very comfortable Toyota minivan with air conditioning and plenty of space for us and our children. Roads in Sri Lanka are quite challenging and the traffic is not easy to navigate, while Gayan was always very careful with the speed, overtaking other cars and we could relax also during the drive. Gayan also was giving us the best tips during the trips on where and how to visit places in the most comfortable way. He also spoiled us all along the way with local delicious and fresh fruits, making kids super happy. All said above, we really recommend everyone to visit such a beautiful country and be followed by Beauty Lanka Travels and Gayan.

Mirissa to Sigiriya - The tour was incredible and well paced to see as much as Sri Lanka as possible during the 8 days. We opted for the private tour. The itinerary was well thought out and allowed for some down time as well as seeing the sights. Our tour guide, Janaka, was a very safe and reliable driver who was very patient and always offered to take photos for us. At busy sights, he ensured that we always had the best view and knew where to go to ensure that we experienced everything to the max. He also took us to authentic places for food, enabling us to taste Sri Lanka. We would definitely recommend the tour.

Brilliant tour - Overall we loved the tour and our time in Sri Lanka. The locations were beautiful and activities were fun for the whole family. The hotels were clean and had good service. Our tour guide Nilantha was superb - a very patient and diligent man. He made our trip stress free, which we greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone new to Sri Lanka and wanting to explore this country's beauty.

Sri Lanka's best driver/ guide - My husband and I spent the last 8 days travelling around Sri Lanka through this tour operator and have enjoyed the trips and cultural experiences that the detailed itinerary offered. The online booking process was quick and efficient. Over the course of the months leading up to the tour beginning, all questions were answered swiftly. A detailed itinerary was sent with hotel and driver/ tour guide details included a few days to the tour commencing, including a breakdown of the cost of each excursion visited- you can skip any trips you do not wish to take. One piece of advice is if you wish to book reserved seating for the train ride, then you must do this independently as the company does not reserve tickets, which they did say they sould but they didn't resulting in us standing for 3 and half hours squashed in like sardines andnot not seeing any scenery. The day before the tour started, our driver/guide, Asanka, reached out via what'sapp to introduce himself and to confirm the pick up location and time, which we thought was a lovely guesture. The morning off the tour, Asanka was there waiting for us with a friendly smile on his face, which put our minds at ease, considering this was our first time in Sri Lanka. Over the next 8 days, Asanka was always professional, punctual, and friendly; he became more than just a driver/guide, making sure that he took care of us in every way possible. Throughout the tour, Asanka was extremely knowledgeable about the sites and his country, which he seemed proud to share with us. We couldn't have wished for a better person - he really is a true asset to the company. Please do ask for Askana as your driver/ guide as you will not be disappointed. We stayed at six different hotels throughout our trip and can say that this is what lets the tour company down - only 4 out of these were of an acceptable standard. Two hotels were completely unacceptable to stay in and I would not even rate them as 1 star - one, there was a large open metal grill in the shower, which left you feeling very uncomfortable as your top half was on show when showering and overlooked the pool area. The other hotel was a complete construction site, full of building materials throughout, dirty floors, and torwels, which was unsuitable for anyone to stay in. The company really must do better to make sure that the hotels on offer are looked into and changed. As this really was unacceptable. All in all, despite the two extremely poor hotels , the tour itself was truly brathtaking, and we felt we got to experience the true beauty of what Sri Lanka really has to offer thanks to Asanka/ our newly aquinted family member.
