The tall slides were... - The tall slides were crazy fun—we were screaming and laughing the whole time. The lazy river was super long and perfect for just floating and chatting. Loved the swim-up bar vibe too, chilling with drinks in the water. The kids’ zone looked super cute even though we didn’t go in. Staff were friendly and always smiling, and we felt really safe the whole day. They had towel rentals and lockers, so we didn’t have to carry much. Totally worth it—highly recommend if you're in Phuket!

Highly recommend this place! - Had sooo much fun! Went solo but didn’t feel alone at all. The weather was crazy hot so getting in the water was EVERYTHING! . Tons of rides, super friendly staff, and just good vibes all around.

Fun - What a great park. If you are anywhere near this park on your trip, it was well worth it. If you were buying your tickets on this site remember that it is in US funds at least ours where. We are from Canada. I thought I was getting a bit of a deal found out. I paid more than if I would’ve just got them from the gate. At the gate, they are 1800 bot. ฿200 for a locker and ฿200 for a towel The locker is definitely big enough for a couple. Loved the slides with so much fun. We luckily were there in beginning of November so lineups were not that long.

Plenty to do. - A great day out. Plenty of slides ranging from beginner to hardcore! Our teenagers loved it. As it was low season, we had no waiting to go on each ride. The food was reasonably priced. Enjoyed it!

Nice water park - Classic water park, which is of course expensive but super fun for children. Only tourists of course (unlike water parks in e.g. Italy), mostly Russians (who crowd the queues), Australians, Indians and some Scandinavians and some from the Middle East. The security felt a bit too rigorous, think that the queues could have been halved without problems with a little more efficient thinking of processes when preparations for the next run began only after the one that had left before came down. A little unclear weight limits and you had to weigh yourself quite often regardless of how much or little you weigh and even a little arbitrary there. You should be prepared to stand in line in the sun for longer periods so the queues can take 10-45 minutes, so high SPF is suitable. Even the quieter attractions (lazy river and splashing water) were fun for the little bigger ones for a while. Almost meaningless to buy tickets in advance, you had to stand in the same queue as everyone else to collect bracelets. This with payments of food etc via bracelets, however, is ill thought out, but a good idea from the beginning. The bracelets worked super to select and unlock the shackle. However, the app did not work at all to register bracelets, so that preparation was in vain to be able to transfer money. Better to load up on the person who is going to shop with a large amount (staggering prices of course, about 65 SEK for a bullet of ice cream...) and you then get back the amount you did not spend in cash on the way out at the end of the day. Easy way to change (or launder?) money otherwise when you load up with cards and get back cash. Furthermore, you constantly got a lot of receipts for everything you bought, so the idea that you just blip and pay without needing a wallet or similar is weird, and you should of course have received receipts digitally and / or been able to bring them with you at the end of the day instead if necessary. Who saves receipts from a lunch at a water park? The slides/attractions themselves are fun, and if your child has not visited a playland, it is worth a few thousand kronor (SEK) for a day. Many had mobile phones in waterproof cases that they wore around their necks, but you didn’t seem to be able to ride with them very often, so didn’t really get the point of it if you didn’t have a grandmother who could hold the mobiles while the queue was going on.

Avoid! - Avoid this place! The food ran out in the restaurant! The beer ran out! Very long queues for water slides etc. The worst thing we have done this trip!

Failed refund - I requested a refund in the morning of the activity, the request failed. I also couldn't use the ticket, because they stopped me at the gate.
