Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Boudhha - Embark on a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, visiting Pashupatinath Temple, Guheshwori Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Budhanilkantha Temple (Jal Narayan). Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Journey to Nagarkot

Doleshwor Mahadeva Temple - Travel towards Nagarkot (32km, 1.5 hrs drive), stopping to visit Doleshwor Mahadev Temple and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Check in at the designated hotel. Overnight stay in Nagarkot.

NAGARKOT TO CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK

Chitwan National Park - Enjoy a sunrise with a panoramic Himalayan view from the hotel (weather permitting). Early morning drive to Chitwan (160 km, 5-6 hrs drive) along the scenic national highway by the Trishuli River. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Lunch will be served after refreshing. In the evening, enjoy a cultural performance by the ethnic Tharu people. Overnight stay in Chitwan. An optional visit to Manakamana Temple is available for 20 USD per person.

FULL DAY IN CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK

Chitwan National Park - Experience a Jungle Safari in Chitwan National Park, including park and entrance fees. After lunch, take a Dugout Canoe Ride along the Dungre/Rapti River to observe two rare crocodile species: the marsh mugger and the fish-eating Gharial. A late afternoon village walk near Tharu village will be organized. Overnight stay in Chitwan.

FLIGHT FROM CHITWAN TO POKHARA

Pokhara Lakeside - Timely transfer to the domestic airport for a flight to Pokhara (25-minute flight). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free for leisure. An evening stroll around the lakeside area is recommended. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

EXPLORING POKHARA

Pokhara - Early morning excursion to Sarangkot for a sunrise view over the Himalayas (weather permitting). Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, embark on a city tour visiting Bindebashini Temple, Gupteshwor Cave, David’s Fall, Pumdikot Shiva Statue, and enjoy an hour of boating on Fewa Lake to Taal Barahi. Return to the hotel after the tour. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

RETURN TO KATHMANDU

Kathmandu Valley - After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight back to Kathmandu (30-minute flight). Upon arrival, visit Patan Durbar Square. Check in at your respective hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
