A great experience to get to know new dishes and the culture! - It was a great experience. Me and my sister were alone with the guide and he explained a lot to us and it was so much food, you will definitely get fed up! Also the length was optimal! For this price we have nothing wrong😊 had a great time !😇

- What is there to say? Deepak is the kindest, most warm-hearted tour guide I have ever met, and I am proud to call him my friend. We have stayed in touch for years since our tour, and when we visited Nepal again, we made sure to reach out to him first. Not only was he genuinely happy to see us, but he also worked hard to ensure that our food allergies and preferences were taken into account and that we were comfortable with our itinerary.
There is nothing else left to say: If you are lucky enough to grab a tour with Deepak, you will have an unforgettable experience! A++

Adventurous and Unique! - Deepak was such an amazing fun and adventurous guide! We first tried some small dishes and ended with a big meal at the end just perfect to finish our night! Met people all over the world from Japan to Nepal to others! It was a true experience - nothing we ever did! Thank you again!!!

Amazing - I had an absolutely amazing time on this food tour with Deepak!
From the very first stop to the last bite, everything was perfectly planned and delicious. Deepak is not only knowledgeable and passionate about local cuisine, he’s also incredibly kind and fun to be around.
We visited several spots – some hidden gems I would have never found on my own – and every dish we tried was authentic, flavorful, and fresh.
I loved learning about the history and culture behind each food, and Deepak took the time to explain everything with such enthusiasm.
This tour was a real highlight of my trip. If you’re a foodie (or just love trying new things), you NEED to book this experience. Thank you Deepak for such a tasty, joyful and unforgettable adventure!

Deepak met us and other travelers at the Garden of Dreams. From there he took us to many food establishments in Thamel. - Deepak is the best food tour guide in Thamel, Kathmandu. His tour is the best introduction to the variety, richness, and soul of Nepali cuisine. In each location of his tour, there is a dish that is flavorful but also entwined with lore about Nepali customs, traditions and memories. In addition to story, there is ample food that is savory and you will leave with a full and happy belly. Besides the food tour, Deepak is a knowledgeable guide that can introduce you to his country like no one else. He has provided a tour where I went shopping around Kathmandu and he ensured I got high quality products at fair prices. He has coordinated transportation, accomodations, and tours in Pokhara and Lumbini for me and friends and family so well that I didn't have any mental burden. Lastly, Deepak is a good person with good intentions. Deepak will treat you with the highest respect, will never upsell, and care about your safety. If you want to experience Nepal, you'll be in good hands with Deepak.

Great way to experience Kathmandu - I had only been in Nepal for a few hours and then I am on a rickshaw with Deepak! We had a great food tour afterwards and although I was not feeling well enough to try all foods I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you to Deepak for your professionalism and knowledge, from your AU/NZ friend 🙂

Great introduction to street food in Kathmandu - I loved the little tour via rickshaw of the area before diving into the street food tour. Deepak was very knowledgeable and willing to share, so we gained a lot of information about the street food there. But be prepared with an empty stomach because the food keeps coming. You might think them snacks, but you're really getting decent portions each stop. Most of the items were delicious and I have definitely marked them to return next time! Great job Deepak!
