Netra's a king among men - What an amazing experience, doing the EBC trek with Nepal Hiking Team. Netra was an awesome guide, took care of the 3 of us so well the entire time. The pace he set was perfect for us, it didn't feel slow at all and he's also a pretty keen photographer. I can't wait to have another chance to travel with them again.

EBC trek review for Nepal Hiking Team - If you are looking to do the EBC trek with guides/porters from a local Nepali company I recommend going through Nepal Hiking Team. It really is a comprehensive experience that they provide. Going in, I knew I didn't want to have to fuss with trying to book flights/helicopters into and out of Lukla, teahouse accommodations along the trek, numerous parks passes, and having to fret about wayfinding. The guides (holla Bhisma and Santosh!!) have ++ experience with helping people along through the trek, and it pays to have their guidance, assurance, and expertise through the trails, culture, weather, and altitude. I really can't recommend them enough, as having these things taken care of for me allowed me to be in the moment and embrace the beauty of the trek. Power to you if you want to arrange the whole thing by yourself, but if you are looking to book through a trekking company, I'd 100% recommend that you go with NHT. They are transparent and very quick to respond to any inquiries via email, and I felt fully supported throughout my journey to/from EBC.

Everything was perfectly organized, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the breathtaking landscapes and the challenging yet rewarding journey. A huge thank you to my incredible guide, Dipendra, whose leadership, support, and charisma made the trek even more special. And a very special mention to Bage, my hero on this journey—he stood by me during the hardest moments, always with a smile, lifting my spirits when I needed it most. Very professional and responsive agency, I recommend! - Very professional agency who accompanied us on our trek to Everest base camp.
Ganga, the manager of the agency, was very responsive to our requests to develop the program as well as to answer our questions before the trek. He also managed very well to set up alternative means of transport for our return to Kathmandu, while no plane could take off from Lukla airport due to bad weather.
Rudra, our guide for Trekking, was extremely attentive with us, really taking care of the little ones, while being very professional and vigilant about the problems related to altitude.
Finally, the agency organized for us a tour of the main tourist sites around Kathmandu on the last day of our stay, with an exciting guide, Khumar.

Super Trek Everest Base Camp - I spent 2 amazing weeks in Nepal thanks to Nepal Hiking Team. They picked us up directly at the airport and arranged the stay from the first to the last day. Our guide, Rudra, and our porter Prakash were great. They adapted to adjust the course and allow us to see more sites because our physical condition allowed it. Rudra was constantly attentive to our well-being in fairly demanding conditions (altitude and cold). Nepal Hiking Team and Ganga were also very effective in chartering us a load-shedding helicopter when Lukla airport was closed due to fog. Finally, the tour organized in Kathmandu was extremely rich in teachings about the culture, history, religions and architecture of the city. THANK YOU Rudra, Ganga, Prakash for a wonderful stay. Namaste

Best trip ever! - I highly recommend Nepal Hiking team. I went during off season (january) and had the best time. It was very quiet but I enjoyed it. I never had to wait for anything and the trails were super clear. We were given the best rooms possible, the food was incredibly filling and tasty plus we got tea/coffee at every meal and a variety of fresh fruit after every lunch and dinner.
My guide Uttam was amazing. He knew the path like the back of his hand. He was very attentive and was always checking if I was ok and if I needed anything. He was constantly filling up my dal bhat, making sure I was well fed. He was always making me smile and laugh, keeping the morale high on the journey. He even shared his suncream with me as I forgot mine. Best guide ever.

Amazing! - Our EBC trek with Nepal Hiking Team was a phenomenal experience. The trek was well organised from start to finish, and we never had to worry about a thing. Our guides, Paban and Hari, were knowledgeable, attentive and always made sure we were comfortable and safe. A special thanks to our porters, Prakash and Tulsi, who were also friendly and supportive. We always felt like we were in good hands. Ganga and the NHT team were also very flexible with us, and helped us with accommodation and transportation even after we came back from the trek. Couldn’t recommend this team and this company enough!
