Food Tour - The food tour was great! If you are a food lover, this is a great opportunity to enrich your Nepal experience. Our guide was nice, friendly, he took us to super authentic places where it is difficult for a tourist to find his way on his own. Everything we tasted was excellent (Samosa, Yomari, Bara, etc.) He even complied with our request that everything be vegetarian. I really recommend it!

Epic Everest Spiritual Journey - To anyone who wants to take on this route: 1. Departure and decision: EBC must be on the bucket list of many people, but sometimes there are many obstacles that prevent you from executing it, such as no time, no one to accompany you, and no experience. I was like this at the beginning, until I saw it on the Internet When I went to "epic adventure nepal", this travel agency provided a complete hiking plan. It not only solved my guide problem, but also had a complete plan for each day's food, drink and accommodation route, so I was more confident that I could complete this route. 2. Body and altitude sickness: First of all, I am from Taiwan. I often challenge mountain routes in my country, so I am physically confident to complete it. However, altitude sickness is what I am worried about. But as long as I take Danmus on time, in addition My guide (Nima) also pays attention to my physical condition in a timely manner. If I have headaches, nausea, difficulty breathing, etc., these can be solved as long as I report them immediately. 3. Process and experience: I don’t speak English very well, but the guide (Nima) is very patient and uses translation software to let me understand the next step of the information at any time, so it doesn’t matter if I don’t know English. This route is really recommended. I am a middle school teacher myself. I only have time to go during the winter and summer vacations. During the summer vacation, it is the rainy season, so I decided to go during the winter. Although it is a bit colder, I only need to keep warm to work. I did enough and it was actually very comfortable to walk on. The reason is that winter is the off-season for this route. I didn’t have to crowd around at all during the whole trip. I also stayed in the best location for accommodation and didn’t have to wait for meals. So it’s actually very comfortable to climb in winter. . In addition, I can’t describe the beauty of this route in a thousand words, but in winter there is a high chance of sunny days. I didn’t encounter rainy days at all, but I did encounter snow. The mountains are already magnificent enough, and they are dotted with white snow. In addition, I was also very lucky to have the opportunity to climb Jinshan Mountain in Rizhao, so there are many benefits to climbing in winter. 4. Guide (Nima): He is really my biggest hero. Although I have seen some people not hiring a guide, I strongly recommend hiring a guide. Maybe I have experience climbing mountains, but I have no experience here at all. , if I hadn’t hired a guide, I might have overestimated my ability and rushed up the mountain without being fully prepared to adapt to the altitude. In fact, it would be easy to get altitude sickness. In addition, with a guide, I can get all kinds of information at any time, such as in Nepali. , the names of various mountains, and even the animals encountered on the road, etc., so it is worthwhile to hire a guide, and my guide (Nima) is really very professional and I highly recommend everyone to find him. 5. Friends: Although I signed up alone, and I was the only one signed up by the company, this route is very popular. During the process, I would meet friends from Taiwan or China from time to time. In addition to climbing, when I was in the mountain house, I only needed If you are willing to communicate with others, you can still have many opportunities to chat with others, so even if you sign up alone, you don’t have to worry about being lonely. — Finally, if you have been yearning for this route for a long time but have been unable to take action, if you can't find any help, I recommend it again (epic adventure nepal). Of course, there are other options on the Internet. The point is, this is really worth it. One of the routes I participated in, my guide also said that everyone deserves to visit EBC once in their lifetime.

Everest Hiking in Winter - I participated in the 12-day Everest hiking trip provided by this company. The guides throughout the trip were very professional. In addition to providing timely information about the next day, they also always cared about my health. In addition, the accommodation they chose was also very appropriate. The distance covered is not too much for novices, and it is highly recommended to anyone who wants to take this journey.
