Great Team! Great experience! - The experience with Nepal Hikking Team has been very pleasant. I did the Annapurna Base Camp trek with them from December 27, 2024 to January 8, 2025. Our guide Bibek, has been very kind at all times, attentive to our comfort and very friendly. Always trying to maintain a balance between the abilities and tastes of those of us on the tour. Our porter too! A nice guy with a lot of strength to carry the luggage of my partner and me. Regarding the agency, I always had the feeling of trust, I never thought they were trying to rip me off. On the other hand before opting for Nepal Hiking Team, I searched and compared other options, and without a doubt quality and price this was the best and I was not disappointed. The tea houses, where we stayed were always good, clean, and as far as possible (always really) we had a single room (but this depends on the season). On the other hand the agency was always flexible with me, and in the end I decided to stay a few more days in Pokhara, so I had to modify a little the rest of the accommodations, and the agency was always very helpful, at all times they kept me looking for accommodation and transportation, even after finishing the trekking! Do not hesitate anymore!!! if you are looking for an agency to do your treking, NEPAL HIKING TEAM is definitely the option.

Amazing Nepal Annapurna trek! - Amazing trip with a fantastic guide Bibek. Our porter was also phenomenal and kind. Both kept us on target to the destination but with good breaks, stopping to enjoy the sights and for us to be safe and well cared for. I booked as a solo but had another solo traveler join and we all had a fun time as a group. It was good to not be the only guest. It was my birthday during the trek, I wasn't intending to mention it, but the guide and porter found out the day before. Somehow, they managed a birthday cake with my name on it for the next morning and brought it to the top of the hike at Poon Hill. What a surprise and amazing thoughtful gesture. Truly a trip of a lifetime if you love nature and trekking. Can't recommend this company and team enough. Thank you!

ABC and Mardi Himal customised family trek - Nepal Hiking Team provided a customised ABC and Mardi Himal trek for our family of 3. The pre-tour communication was excellent. Bhim was our guide, and his many years experience was obvious. Bhim organised accommodation at the best possible places, and was able to easily adjust our daily plan when needed. Gakul and Govinda were our porters and these guys were unstoppable in the mountains. Absolute heros! Bhim, Gakul, and Govinda were always checking if we needed anything, and could not have done more to help us. They were awesome. Thanks Nepal Hiking Team!!

When ordinary doesn't cut it - Guide: Krishnan Porter: Sandeep I am a cautious person and I often feel that things could be done better. However, with the two of them leading us on this trip, I never felt the need to query for more details or assurances. Krishnan is an all-rounder and meticulously ensures that all our concerns and needs are met. Our trip is also enriched with his expert local knowledge of the various sights and scenes that we encountered along our journey to ABC. Highly recommended!

Stellar Experience and Staff - Had the most amazing time completing the Annapurna circuit with NHT. The guides and were terrific, which made the whole experience very smooth and comfortable. Our lead guide Netra did a flawless job. His humour, knowledge and leadership massively elevated the experience. He is extremely attentive to the needs and capabilities of clients, and will ensure you’re safe and having fun. My birthday fell on the last day of trekking, and I was surprised by a full birthday celebration and cake from the whole team. It was amazing, and I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for Netra, Rajes, Bipin and Ram enough.

Elite customer service with buckets of personality creating incredible memories - As newbies to Nepal, we wanted to book with a reputable company to provide that initial security. Just because of the unknown of a new land. What we got was simply the best possible service and we quickly felt extremely comfortable in this amazing country. The Nepal Hiking Team were professional, courteous and looked to enhance your experiences at every opportunity. Customer satisfaction is extremely important for them and they demonstrated constant care throughout the 3 weeks we had with them. The 3 weeks covered trekking to ABC, a few days in Pokhara, on to Chitwan for a breath-taking jungle tour with an overnight in the tower in the jungle before ending the trip back in the bustling capital of Kathmandu. Every step of the way, they were on time, provided additional options when requested and made our stay in Nepal better than our expectations. Great rooms (even on the ABC trek), clear agenda and easy customisation of our trip. Many many thanks to Ganga and the whole team - porters, guides, drivers, hotel staff, kitchen staff and all. Special thanks to Paban and Govinda who were our guides to Annapurna Base Camp - clearly the highlight - and they made me and my partner feel at ease, exercised patience and experience and contributed to the all-round team camaraderie. We shall be back to book with NHT on a new trek next year :)

Superior Planning and Service - A group of 4 of us (60+) used the Nepal Hiking Team(NHT) for the 12-day Annapurna Sanctuary Trek and for a 3-day visit to Bhutan and we were completely satisfied with all aspects of each excursion. The CEO/Managing Director Mr. Ganga met with us 3 or 4 times during our visit to make sure we knew what the arrangements were and that we had everything we needed. All aspects of each excursion were planned and executed without a hitch, including transporting us between the hotel and the airport 3 times during our stay. Our base hotel in Kathmandu was the Woodapple Hotel and Spa (owned by Mr. Ganga). The hotel is a recently constructed (2022) 3-star hotel with all the expected comforts including A/C, hot showers, and decent internet. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and has a good restaurant on the top floor and the package includes a good breakfast. The hotel is within a 5 minute walking distance of the many shops and restaurants of the Thamel District. Overall the hotel was very comfortable and a good value. The Annapurna Sanctuary Trek was definitely a trip-of-a-lifetime! The 9 days of hiking through Ulleri, Ghorepani, Chhomrong, Deurali, Annapurna Base Camp(ABC), Bamboo, and Jhinu Danda were very challenging but spectacular. The early morning trek to see the sun rise over Poon Hill was absolutely worth it and the sense of accomplishment reaching ABC was profound. The scenery along the way included rain forest, rhododendron forest, picturesque villages, and of course fabulous mountain views. We did not experience any altitude or food-related sickness, but recommend that you be in good shape to take on this trek. Our private NHT tour included a Guide and 2 Porters. The guide, Arjun, was absolutely amazing with his knowledge, anticipation, planning, and good humor. He easily adjusted to our trekking styles and needs and was able to arrange preferred lodging at some of the better tea houses along the route. Our porters, Bashu and Rabin while limited in their English, were always smiling as they hauled our bags or served our food at the tea houses. They also surprised us with a stash of apples, oranges, and pomegranites that they sliced and served to us every night after dinner. Following completion of our ABC Trek, we returned to Kathmandu and then flew to Bhutan for a 3-night tour arranged by NHT. We had an excellent guide, Singye who along with a driver took us to see some of the highlights of Bhutan (the National Museum of Bhutan, Taktsang Monastery, Bhudda Dordenma) along a with some off-the-beaten track locations where we were able to experience normal life in Bhutan. The accommodations and meals included with the trip were of high quality and contributed to an excellent experience. I can strongly recommend Nepal Hiking Team for whichever trek or itinerary you wish to go on. They have earned their many awards and good reviews.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! - My experience with the Nepal Hiking Team was excellent from start to finish for our customized 23 day trek in Nepal's Annapurna region. Bibek, our guide was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, experienced, flexible, and even had a great sense of humor which added to our overall experience. At one point, my son was ill and he found us medical care on the trail and adjusted our itinerary accordingly. Tuk, our Sherpa, was also excellent and we enjoyed playing cards with them both in the evenings. The administrative side was easy. My inquiries were answered quickly, pick ups from airport to hotel, etc. were on time and as planned. I would recommend Nepal Hiking Team to anyone going to Nepal.

Breathtaking views and boundlessly kind people - We loved our Annapurna Circuit trek! We loved the variety in landscapes as we ascended through the trek. Our guides Surya and Manu were extremely knowledgeable and kind. My friend injured her hip and we needed to get and put trip early. Nepal Hiking Team was extremely helpful and organised a Jeep transfer to Pokhara early and extra accommodation in Pokhara for minimal extra cost. Will be recommending to friends!!!
