Queen Elizabeth National Park - The driver guide will pick up guests from the hotel or Kampala and head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. During the journey, there will be a stop at the Uganda Equator for photography.
The trip continues with lunch at the Igongo Cultural Centre. Upon arrival at Queen Elizabeth National Park, guests will enjoy an evening game drive.
This evening game drive offers the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, and more.
Accommodation will be provided at one of the following lodges.
Enjoy a Morning Game Drive
Queen Elizabeth National Park - After breakfast, guests will embark on a morning game drive, followed by a visit to Katwe Crater Lake.
During this game drive, wildlife such as lions, buffaloes, forest dogs, waterbucks, and Uganda Kobs can be observed.
Lunch will be served, followed by a 3-hour boat ride along the Kazinga Channel at Lake Edward, where guests can see hippos swimming and playing in the water.
Photography and bird watching are also part of this experience.
After these activities, guests will relax, have dinner, and spend the night at one of the following accommodations.
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park for Boat Rides and Cultural Visits
Lake Mburo National Park - Guests will be transferred to Lake Mburo National Park after breakfast, a journey of approximately 3 hours.
During the drive, there will be a stop at the Igongo Cultural Center to tour the cultural museum, which showcases the tribes of southwestern Uganda, sculptures of elders, and cattle.
The journey continues for about 33 km from the Igongo Cultural Centre to Lake Mburo National Park.
This four-day safari includes a memorable tour of Lake Mburo.
Upon arrival, guests will begin with a boat cruise.
The boat cruise offers views of hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife such as giraffes.
Enjoy a Game Drive and Return to Kampala
Lake Mburo National Park - On the final day of the 4-day safari, guests will participate in a game walk/drive before preparing to return to Kampala, their home, hotel, or the airport for their flight.
During the game walk, guests can see zebras, leopards, bushbucks, and other wildlife.
The transfer to Kampala is a 3-4 hour drive.
This marks the end of the safari with Kenlink Tours and Travel, with hopes of welcoming guests again in the future.
