Recommended and nice tour - Great experience! On the 30th off October we had a great tour with Kannan to Kanchipuram. He was on time for the pick up at the hotel. The visits to the temple are a must see (one of the temples was under construction at the time) and the visit to the slik weavery was nice to see. Kannan shared a lot of knowledge and information about the history of the temples. Something special from the tour was our lunch with Kannan, he explained in enjoyably and cheerfully way the combination among rice and sauces! It was great! Thanks again Kannan!

Above expectation tour! - It has been a very resourceful adventure. Our guide Mr Natarajan has been above our expectations. His knowledge about the culture and temples is admirable. Mr Mahendra our driver has also been very good with driving skill at its top. Overall I will say a very fruitful, enjoyable guided tour with unforgettable memories of the temples’ architecture and deities.

Tour of Kanchipurum. - Kannan from 5 Senses Tours exceeded my expectations for each of the senses. He enhanced the sights of the Temples with his knowledge of history-hearing. The silk was soft to the touch. The smells and taste of lunch was divine. My only criticism was that I prefer to determine my own photo choices. If you come to India, book your tours with Kannan.

Kanchipuram temples - I had an excellent time with Nivi to see the Ekambareswarar and Kailashnath temples snd Kachapuram. The temples were amazing in architecture. Also liked seeing the traditional Tamil house at Kanchi Kudil. This trip is highly recommended!

Excellent Kanchipuram day trip - A first-rate day trip to Kanchipiram from Chennai. Our guide was Hareesh Ramachandran who, as well as being very knowledeable about the temples was also extremely personable and it was a pleasure to spend a day with him. We visited 4 temples that we could get inside: we hadn't previously realised that they were quite so ancient. We also visited a traditional Kanchipuram house - the Kanchi Kudil - to see the interlocking terracotta roof tiles close up. We had indicated whilst booking that we were - as 2 elderly males - not interested in the silk weaving / sari shopping part of the day trip and so this was deleted from the itinerary. We went to a hotel outside Kanchipuram for lunch and as newbie visitors to South Indian food, found some new dishes to enjoy. Highly recommended.
