Unlike standard wine tours, visitors are invited into the estate’s historic wine cellar to discover ancient qvevri winemaking methods—a tradition recognized by UNESCO. Participants take part in traditional bread baking in a tone oven, creating fresh bread served with estate-produced cheese and homemade pesto, complemented by our natural wines.
The highlight is a Georgian Cuisine Masterclass, where guests learn to prepare iconic Kakhetian dishes such as Mtsvadi and Bozbashi, followed by a traditional Supra—a communal feast with specially selected wine pairings and stories about Georgian hospitality. This is more than just a tour—it’s a genuine cultural immersion into the flavors, history, and spirit of Georgia.
