Put it on your Ubud experience list - Great guide Bundy felt really safe with him.. Rapids were strong and challenging but in an exciting way. Beautiful waterfalls to go thru and an adventure not to be missed. A worthwhile 2 .5 hours.

We had a fantastic time... - We had a fantastic time on the white-water rafts in Bali. It was good fun going down the rapids with the guide. This trip was longer than expected lasting around 5 hours in total on the boat. I would say that we like a bit of adventure, and this is not for the faint hearted, the rest of our group (on separate boats) weren’t as confident as us and seemed to not enjoy the trip as much. If you enjoy thrills and outdoors activities this is for you, be prepared to get wet and chucked about down the rapids.

Team spirit required, 16 km, 4 m jump with boat - We did the tour with transfer, rafting 16 km and lunch. After asking around, a price between 2.2 and 3 RPH is conceivable and "normal" depending on who is selling it. We set off from Nusa Dua. We had a great guide who literally got himself wet for us and gave it his all. Every move and instruction he gave us was right, so that we even came first in our boat. He carried the competitive spirit with him and we celebrated every time we overtook a boat. I would say it all depends on the willingness to take part and follow the commands. We also saw others who went on more of a "boat trip" and only let the guide paddle. In keeping with our fighting spirit, we all got completely wet and got the right kick no matter where on the boat. There was a short break at the waterfall. Here you could take great pictures and relax for a while. At the end there was a small buffet, which also surprised us with the selection. Toilets, showers, towels, changing rooms, everything is available. The only drawback: The life jackets smelled really bad, probably from the sweat of the previous users. But at some point you don't notice it anymore:D.. The route is recommended in summer, as it is closed during the rainy season due to higher water levels.
