- On snorkeling spots area sometimes the traveler will get to see the turtle depending on weather and the turtle laying season, as we knew the season on it will be starting June to August

Great adventure - Great experience, I had my own private driver , he took me to do the snorkeling and drove me to the waterfall and the glass bridge , he speaks good English , very friendly and happy . The snorkel was great , I got lucky with a boat for myself .

Highly recommend… - I had a wonderful experience from start to finish bagus my driver took real good care of me throughout the day I am so grateful and for anyone traveling solo I highly recommend this tour the boat and snorkeling was amazing a yummy lunch and waterfall visit.

Superbe - Great day, a driver , very nice and attentive guide. snorkeling is nice with many kinds of fish .. and top, waterfalls...beautiful!!! The downside: tourists queuing for an "Instagram" photo..the photo should be charged (this will limit the number)😉

Amazing! - Bagus was our driver, he was absolutely amazing. Friendly and made the trip fun. Very good driver. The snorkling itself was amazing. Truly an enjoyable experience.

Very enjoyable trip - Very enjoyable snorkeling trip; the water was amazing, lots of different fish and coral to see. Guides were great. Our driver was very good as well.
However, lots of plastic waste, chip and candy bar bags, yogurt cups. I picked up a bunch, but, not to get preachy, but let’s leave the ocean cleaner than when we start.

Excellent trip and communication - Excellent communication with Viator from the very start. Driver picked us up from our hotel, despite it not being one of the ones listed. Nothing too much trouble and quick replies to questions we had. My son was ill and we were able to delay the trip by a day. Much appreciated.
Trip itself was very good value for money. Looked after well by driver who was informative and great to chat with en route. He made sure we were passed over the the snorkeling staff and they looked after us brilliantly. Blue lagoon was a brilliant place to snorkel. Great trip out in a traditional boat, clear waters.

Great day out - We had vitho as our driver and had a lovely time. He was very accomodating and telling us about the places we went through along on the way. The snorkeling was great and saw lots of fish, would recommend this trip to anyone

Not what was advertised - Bring a waterproof bag to store your clothing and personal items. Crashing waves will soak everything on the boat. Walking to the beach was across gravel strewn muddy roads and the beach was covered in trash. Wear footwear. The changing room was a filthy toilet. Showers are open air and no shower heads so solid stream of water. Snorkles leaked and made breathing difficult. Choppy seas made several people seasick.

Not a particularly great experience - Our driver Danni was fantastic getting us from our resort in Seminyak to the snorkeling boat and back safely. Danni did a great job navigating the Bali traffic. The drive is 3 hours each way from Seminyak/Kuta not the 1.5hrs each way as per Google maps. The boat operators did a good job navigating crowded waters around Blue Lagoon and another nearby location. The coral reef and tropical fish was a bit underwhelming. You can see better snorkeling sites in the Whitsundays in Australia. The real turn off was the amount of rubbish, paper, plastic bottles, plastic etc at the water line that we had to wade through to get into the boat. It was disgusting. It is creating an ecological disaster which will kill all the fish and possibly the coral with micro plastics and other pollution. There is already evidence of dead coral closer to the shore line at the snorkeling sites. TripAdvisor should work with tour operators that it promotes, to make a concerted effort to clean up the beaches and waterline where the snorkeling boat leaves from, to make it a lot more pleasant experience.

Avoid Blue Lagoon and this tour - This tour was terrible experience and total waste of money, time and effort. We had booked private trip, but the operator brought a couple on the boat without asking us. It was luckily a nice couple, but in principle this is not fine. The guides on the boat were OK, but otherwise staff was unpolite and did not explain what is happening. The lagoon was full of boats and we needed to be cautios not to be overrun. Overall feeling was that the operator could not care less of our experience; it is only about get the money rolling-in. Additionally, the Blue Lagoon was full of trash. I understand it could be due to rains, but a responsible operator would find another spot on such days. Now we all came out the water early due to all of the aforementioned and had still time left, but the guides refused to visit any other cleaner place because ’it is not included in this tour’. Compared to previous snorkling experiences, my advice is to avoid this tour and the entire village/Blue Lagoon. Unfortunately.
