In this workshop, participants have the opportunity to create their own ring using tools to hammer the texture. They can personalize their creation by selecting the material, texture, shape, and thickness. Support is provided throughout the entire workshop! Experienced craftsmen will polish and clean the ring in the final stage.

(1)If you are coming from Kanazawa Station, take the Hokutetsu bus bound for Korinbo Katamachi (many buses departing from Kanazawa Station go via Korinbo). 5 minutes walk from the Korinbo stop. 50 meters after entering Tatemachi-dori from the Katamachi 1-chome intersection, on the right hand side (2)If you are coming from Nishi Chaya-gai, Myoritsuji Temple (Ninja Temple), or Nonoichinomachi, 2 minutes walk from “Katamachi Kirara-mae” bus stop by Hokutetsu Bus (3)10 minutes by car from JR Kanazawa Station (4)We do not have a private parking lot, so we recommend you to use our affiliated parking lots “Tatemachi Parking” or “Machi-p”, which is a men's clothing shop. Across the street from “SUIT SELECT,” marked by the word “GENTIL” on the white exterior (see store photo). The store is located on the first floor of the Kamei Building.

Amazing bespoke ring crafting - Amazing experience making a ring and hammering on the pattern ourselves. Awesome to watch such amazing expert craftwork and a truly beautiful ring created. Truly bespoke. Staff were incredible - thankyou so much

A Beautiful Experience - Today felt like a chapter we’ll keep forever. My husband and I craft rings for our 5-year wedding anniversary. My husband engraved his with Kanazawa (金沢), mine with Japan (日本) two places now etched in our hearts. We chose the thumb, a symbol of resilience, for all the seasons we’ve weathered and all the dreams still ahead. 💍❤️ Aya-san was so friendly and fun! She took pictures of our experience, walked us through the process, and helped make this moment memorable.

Ring making - We absolutely loved this ring-making class – it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Kanazawa. The staff were some of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met, making the whole experience even more special. The ring we created is absolutely beautiful and holds so much meaning, especially as something we made together. It’s such a wonderful and memorable activity, and now we have a unique keepsake to cherish from our amazing trip!

A unique and fun experience! - My friend and I had an amazing experience making our own rings! Our guide was so lovely and a master of her craft. I highly reccomend this to anyone looking for a unique souvenir when visiting Kanazawa. The rings are so beautiful!

It was a very interesting experience. - The owner was very friendly and explained the DIY ring process in detail. He also provided detailed instructions while making the ring and was very enthusiastic to chat with us. I would love to try it again if I have the chance.

A lovely way to make a souvenir of your visit to Kanazawa - The rings my daughter and I made are a lovely souvenir of our trip to Kanazawa. The shop was beautiful and the owner and her assistant helped us choose and add the finishing touches to our rings. We also enjoyed practicing our Japanese with them.

Loved it! Would recommend - Throughly enjoyed our time here. There are so friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English to make up for my severe lack of Japanese Went with my wife and two young children - and the children helped us make our rings Numerous designs, sizes and metals to choose from depending on your style and budget. The ring making process was fun, and has helped us create keepsakes for myself and my children. All of this for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Would recommend !
