Kananzawa in August - Great, varied tour was explained very well, questions were answered superbly. We have seen the ‘main’ sights, such as the garden, castle, market, geisha and samurai districts, made a tea ceremony. All super exciting. The garden was still lit in the evening, beautiful!

Perfect tour - We had such a wonderful experience with our guide, Ai! She was incredibly sweet, cheerful, and enthusiastic from start to finish. Her English was clear and easy to understand, which made the day so much more enjoyable. It was a very hot day, and we truly appreciated how thoughtful she was – often checking if we were doing okay, offering breaks, and making sure we felt comfortable. Ai was genuinely interested in us, asking questions and engaging in great conversation, which made the tour feel personal and friendly. She has so much knowledge about Kanazawa and shared it with real passion and energy. You can tell she truly loves what she does. We felt lucky to spend the day with such a bright, caring, and knowledgeable person. Thank you, Ai, for making our time in Kanazawa so memorable!

Wonderful guide, wonderful morning! - Saya was a wonderful guide to introduce us to Kanazawa. She was kind, informative and interesting. We really enjoyed our morning getting to know the city through her eyes. She took photos of us along the way and even recommended a (delicious!) place for lunch. This was a highlight of our trip!

Amazing Edo Experience - Bit late in writing the review but we couldn't stop thinking about our amazing experience with our guide Nozomi! Meeting us at our hotel and undettered by the rain, she really helped us get the most out of the tour by first discussing with us what different things we could decide to see the first hald of the day with her and even what she recommended we do after we parted ways. Nozomi was very knowlwedgeable and I still tell me friends and family facts about Kanazawa that she told me to this day. She was so kind and really went out of her way to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed the tour - this included purchasing my boyfriend and I a goldleaf icecream she insisted we had to try and even taking the bus with us going 10 minutes past the time the tour was meant to end to make sure we got to the sushi spot she recommended (and that we loved). Could not have had a better experience, thank you so much Nozomi! Love from Australia - Tim and Steph.
