The event you should plan with - Amazing event. Seigi and his wife are great hosts and amazing chef. I admired his attitude and ability to use AI. The translation was just enough to enjoy the moment. I highly recommend if you are in Kanazawa.

Wow wow wow! - EXCEPTIONAL!! I don’t know where to start. This was such an amazing experience. I went with three teenage boys and two adults, and every one of us loved it. The food is magnificent. The host could not have gone more out of his way for us. This was an unforgettable experience and I really think it has made our trip. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Do not hesitate, do it - Chef Seiji is is excellent time on the courses DE cuisine than on the good mood, and on the little tips they give us and information on the art DE cooking and DE tasting Japanese dishes. I highly recommend EN family activity and which EN addition has been translated into French thanks to its electronic tools.

Authentic and comfortable cooking class - Chef Seiji and his assistant were wonderful. We were 7 including a 6yo. TripAdvisor only allowed for 6 adults in the booking option but Chef was able to accommodate the additional person. He was extremely communicative before the event, highly encouraging especially with the kids during the session, and really took the effort to answer our questions and make it fun. Ingredients were fresh, the set up was comfortable (his live translation device worked well), and the ceremony at the end was a fun addition. My kids came out and said five stars!

- People, please book this wonderful cooking class at Nakata cooking school! IT is a 56 year old institution and the chef and his wife are lovely and gave us probably our best experience in Japan! If you want to learn how to make Michelin star rolled omelet, the freshest local sushi, and a traditional kanazawa wedding dish, this is the place. Everything so well prepared, from the email with directions to the meticulously cut fresh fish and laid out utensils. Also don’t worry about any language barriers. The chef has his instructions immediately translated into multiple languages on screen and in audio (which helps if you travel with children). There are only 6 spots per time slot and I can guarantee this is something you don’t want to miss. What a lovely, relaxed, insightful and delicious afternoon we had! Arigato gosaimasu chef! 🥰🙏

A Great Experience - This was a fun and educational experience. You get to play Japanese Chef for a few hours. The kitchen was beautiful and modern. The chef-instructor was a delightful young man who was funny, energetic, knowledgeable, and patient with slow learners. We learned how to make everything from miso soup to sushi and “jibuni.” I highly recommend it if you like to cook and like Japanese cuisine.

Great Japanese cooking class in Kanazawa! - We had a great time learning to cook and our instructor, Seiji, is very entertaining, especially watching the translation program mess up every now and then, which he'll shake his head and say "I didn't say that!". He's very friendly and knowledgeable and his wife is there assisting too. It's a great class and would highly recommend it.

An Amazing Cooking Experience - We loved our 2.5 hour experience. The food we created (with guidance) was amazing. Great for a group or as individual. Chef and his wife took over the business from his father. There were lots of great stories. He had a large screen that all could see to help with language translations.
