A great option to see a lot of the island in a limited timescale - What an excellent day trip this was. Nikos picked us up in one of the Manos Goring super deluxe Mercedes minibuses. very relaxed trip to St Paul's bay, Lindos, the 7 springs with loads of history, photo stops and commentary from our delightful host. 2 hours in Rhodes for sight seeing, lunch and shopping before our trip home via some of the main attractions of this lovely city. Technically Very Good but We Needed a Little More Time to Explore - Visited during our recent cruise. First and foremost, our guide, Nikos, was personable, safe, and professional. The van was spotlessly clean and communication with the company was excellent so we don’t have any concerns about that part and I would recommend using this company without hesitancy if it suits your needs. The tour takes you to several lovely sites along the coast leading to Lindos and then Returns to the Old City at the port. We felt having a bit more time to explore Lindos and the Old City would have made the tour perfect. Lunch was a bit longer than expected which impacted our ability to explore meandering the streets of Lindos. Even though we would’ve have hiked to the acropolis in Lindos, having a quicker meal would’ve been nice. We basically walked down to the restaurant, ate, and took the shuttle back to the parking lot. After a few more lovely photo/viewpoint stops we arrived back at the Old Coty/Port around 4:20, which gave us enough time to enter, walk down a street or two and head back to the ship without stressing about getting back on time. Again, another 30 minutes or so to explore would’ve been perfect (more if you’re a souvenir shopper, which we aren’t). To summarize, the company, Manos Going, is great. The sites are very nice and you’ll see more than most folks on a big bus tour. We just would’ve liked a shorter lunch and a little more time to explore both Lindos and the Old City.
