A must do! - An absolute must do experience, the views, the history, the staff, everything was absolutely phenomenal, truly a highlight of our trip to Greece and one I'd recommend to anyone! Katerina's knowledge and experience was remarkable truly made the entire tour not only a memorable and breathtaking experience but a learning one as well! 10/10!

Amazing Tour! - This tour was one of my favorite tours in 2024. They picked us up from our lodging, gave us an amazing tour, and dropped us back in front of our lodging. The guide was informative and entertaining. The transportation was comfortable. The views were stunning. I would not hesitate to book with this company. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Leave to Visit Meteora to plan your Meteora trip and you will be in safe hands. - We had a customized itinerary for 2 Day 1 night to Meteora and it was organised seamlessly including the special arrangement for tickets and transfers to hotel and TGEL bus station. We had a wonderful stay at Grand Meteora Hotel with lovely views. Our guide was great and we would recommend Visit Meteora for their professional service and reasonable price. Constantina our contact was quick to advice and response on my several queries. All itinerary went as planned like clockwork and Visit Meteora is a trusted operator to plan for a trip to Meteora.

A great afternoon addition to a morning visit on my own. - I went to the monasteries in the morning (omitting St. Stephen's because I knew I would see it later), and also the viewpoint in the morning (it was much less crowded). I was worried the tour might duplicate some things, but it was a perfect extension what I had seen. Though I was alone, Demetrios still gave an excellent enthusiastic tour - he's knowledgeable, and true to Greece, has stories to tell. The more you want to know, the happier he is. Worth knowing - the "sunset tour" of Meteora does involve enjoying the sunset, but it's actually a detailed tour that gives a lot of background. It takes you to only one monastery - St. Stephen's, which is easily accessible without stairs at the entry. What it adds is seeing where the hermitages - cave dwellings - of the solo hermits were before the monasteries were built and the Byzantine Church in Kalampaka, where you can get a close up view of the iconography. If you book this, see the other monasteries in the morning or the next day.

Informational, made everything easy - Our guide was very informative and we wouldn’t have known to visit some of the less well known sites he took us to. The context he gave also made the experience of visiting a monastery by ourselves the next day way more fruitful

Excellent tour - Kate our guide was excellent. Her enthusiasm for the history and archeological significance of this area was obvious. The tour was really interesting, seeing the hermit caves and the timeline from these to the larger monasteries was really clearly explained and backed up by the various points we stopped. I would recommend going on this tour.
