Upon arrival, you will be fully equipped on-site for an authentic Alaskan fishing experience.
Spend around 90 minutes fishing, casting, and reeling in hopes of catching some of the fish commonly found in Juneau waters. These include all five species of Pacific salmon—King, Coho, Sockeye, Pink, and Chum—as well as other local favorites like Dolly Varden, cutthroat trout, and rainbow trout, among others.
Everything needed is provided, including rod and reel, lures, and boot-foot waders, making this experience accessible for beginners and enjoyable for seasoned anglers alike.
After fishing, relax on a scenic drive through downtown Juneau to Brotherhood Bridge, where you can stop for photos and enjoy views of the stunning Mendenhall Glacier, weather permitting, one of Juneau’s most iconic landmarks.
You will then be returned to the heart of downtown Juneau, allowing plenty of time to continue exploring and make the most of your port day.

The journey starts just a short stroll from the cruise ports in Juneau, where participants will gather and prepare for an authentic Alaskan fishing adventure. The group will then proceed to a preferred local fishing spot, spending approximately 90 minutes casting and reeling in hopes of catching all five species of Pacific salmon or Dolly Varden.
All necessary equipment will be provided, including a rod and reel, lure, and boot-foot waders. After the fishing experience, there will be a picturesque 15-minute drive through town leading to a photo opportunity with a breathtaking view of Mendenhall Glacier, one of Juneau’s most renowned landmarks.
The excursion concludes with a return to the heart of downtown Juneau, allowing participants to continue exploring and fully enjoy their port day.
