Participants will be guided through the ramen-making process in a clear and straightforward manner. Simply follow the instructions to create delicious ramen. Instructors are available to assist if needed. The class covers everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup, to roasting the chicken. This is a comprehensive class. As a bonus, participants can choose a gift-omiyage: “T-shirts,” “Ramen bowl,” or “Japanese Apron”!
To prepare the noodles, begin by kneading the flour, rolling out the dough, cutting it into shapes, boiling, and draining the noodles. For the chicken garnish, tie the chicken with string, add condiments, cook, and slice as desired. Tofu is available as a vegetarian or vegan option with prior notice. For the soup, select from a variety of broths and sauces to mix. To complete the dish, place the boiled noodles in the soup, add toppings, and enjoy your creation!
